My experience from my initial appointment has been nothing short of amazing. Ingrid has been such a strong guide who truly listens and cares with an unbiased mindset. It has been such a journey to get here, but I'm so grateful to have encountered such a compassionate professional guiding things as I'm trying to seek resolution for my current status in life.

Highly disappointed with the front desk interactions. I was seeking therapy for family counseling and personal counseling and weeks went by without interaction. I cannot speak to the counseling staff at all. They may all be fabulous, but the face you put in front of your customers, especially those who are going through trauma, mental unease, need a special kind of customer service.

Their billing practices are not ethical. I paid in advance for an in-person intake appointment only for the NP to reschedule from in-person to a virtual appointment. Red flag number 1. Then I got dismissed for stimming. Apparently, this nurse practitioner does not have enough of a mental health background to feel comfortable treating people with neurodivergence. Big red flag number 2. I was told I would be passed on to someone with more of a psych background (it is a psychiatry office so you should have those skills). I have yet to receive a call, 24 hours later. Red flag number 3. Three strikes, you are out. Thank you for refilling my medication, but I will be looking for care elsewhere. Your NP lacked professionalism and did not listen very well, considering I had to reiterate my med list more than 2x. What a disappointing waste of time.

I had the privilege of hearing Serenity speak at the Grieve in Love event, and her presentation was incredibly impactful. She spoke so clearly about the different types of grief we experience, not just after death, but also through life changes, relationships, identity shifts, and seasonal transitions. Her explanation of holiday grief triggers was deeply relatable and really helped me feel seen, especially during this time of year. I highly recommend her as a speaker and therapist for anyone who is looking  true guidance during this time of year or after experiencing loss.

They asked me if I was looking for therapy or medication services. So if you wanna pay somebody to get you drugs, go here. My 1 star rating reflects how I feel about a therapist offering me "medication service" before asking my name.. disgusting.

I lost my contacts and I can’t find a number for Amanda T. I have tried calling the main number to start my wellness and no one has answered the last two business days. I got a live person by pressing an incorrect option. However, when transferred no one answered the line. It’s so disheartening that I can’t figure out how to contact my therapist easily during a very traumatic experience.

This place has been the lighthouse to help guide me to a healthier me. The individuals who work at reception are kind, knowledgeable, understanding and truly care about being a resource to help the patient. The individuals who take on the role of assisting with the cognitive/emotional/etc aspects are heros who don’t wear capes.
