After calling around a few places in Paterson, this was the only eye shop that actually answered. The ladies inside of the shop were very attentive, honest and helpful. I needed the screw fixed on the arm of my glasses and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I had a quality experience and will be back to view the designer shades I saw while in store.
I start experiencing vision problems and my vision wasn't getting any better even though they was prescribed me eye glasses and I got really frustrated with them after two years for them to be eye doctors they NEVER REFERED FOR ME TO GO GET TESTED FOR DIABETES all they did was charge my insurance over and over again. I go to another eye doctor they tell me to go get tested for diabetes come to find out I have type 2 diabetes ........people stay away from this eye place they are unprofessional and they do not help customers all they do is take your money and charge insurance my friend child went there and they ruined her vision
So I forgot what time I had my appointment - so I go online to check what time they opened “SAYS 9:30AM” Mind you I woke up at 8AM to be ready….. Tell me how I receive a call at 9AM saying “You misses your 9AM appointment and will be rescheduled till NEXT TUESDAY, what kinda service is that?!?!……Online and on every other time schedule you guys have online SAYS OPEN AT 9:30AM - why reschedule me? I live 2 Minutes AWAY!? And NOW they wanna say “we are going to call you a day before” you guys should of called me a day before BEFORE! I AM BLIND FOR SAKES
Booked an appointment here for the first time today and was very pleased with the service. I was pretty checked quickly, didn't have to wait very long for the doctor, and got a pair of glasses that I liked. The staff is nice and fast. My glasses were even done within an hour of getting my prescription!
Una mala experiencia otra vez. El Dr. trata a sus pacientes de una forma desagradable y muy poco profesional. Parece que hace unos tres meses atrás el servicio había “mejorado” pero no es así!
Today’s visit with Dr Van was amazing very friendly help me understand more about my glasses. Thank you Dr . Van
