Dangerous/ aggressive manager avoid When I dropped my car off I saw the manager have a yelling argument with a client and throw a punch, then when I went to pick my car up and realised something was missing and I called to discuss the manager instantly became aggressive and yelling derogatory remarks down the phone. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced, this man is emotional dis regulated and unwell.

Did not do a good job... paid $150 and car was still dirty with marks all over it and pretty sure it wasnt waxed... inside they didn't even wipe dust off the screen. It was almost like they didnt finish washing it.Image below shows example of marks all over car.

Brought my friend’s Lexus in for a clean specifically mentioned there’s a large patch of tree sap to remove. Kept try to upsell to polish arguing that’s the only way to remove it. Paid for express wash and believe intentionally did not get rid of the patch on purpose to again try sell a Polish package after a quick wushu washy job. We drove back home and cleaned it in 10mins ourselves easily. Worst $30 down the drain what an embarrassment to have recommended to my friend. Called up manager to complain. Unsympathetic and never received the promised call back.

Have been here many times and it’s usually been ok. Last time I went they did a terrible job polishing and detailing the car, today I went back and I’m very unhappy with the clean Was dirt on wheels, food still stuck on seats And have just seen they didn’t even vacuum the boot. Why do you pay extra for a station wagon if they don’t even clean that space??? Was told last time that they’d look after me because I wasn’t happy with the service. This time even worse. Would have given zero stars if allowed Never going back again

I spilt milk on my chair and floor. They said don't worry it's all gone. Went to a detailer a couple days later and so much milk came out. He said they didn't even try.....the wash and clean I got also was trash. Don't waste your hard earned moneys here xx 😘

I had my car washed at Westfield Miranda Hollywood Avenue on Tuesday 16 May. I truly believe the price of $62 is very expensive! I don’t understand why you charge such a high price for a regular car wash in which other car wash places charge much less. Also I mentioned to the front desk staff member to have my boot vacuum cleaned too. This did not happen! In the future I’ll be going elsewhere to have my car washed!
