Bought a new DVD player and thought l would set it up myself, but my nearly 90years old brain got me into a muddle!! Found Star Satellite & Aerial via Google, rang them and a very polite young man answered, told him about my dilemma, he said he would be here before l had to go out for an appt which l couldn't cancel. Sure enough he arrived and was very helpful and he had soon got everything straightened out. He made sure that l understood how to work the new item, he is a very kind young man and l felt safe in his presence, l have no hesitation in recommending him and the company to anyone.
