Owner is a rat who doesn’t pay invoices of local businesses
The owner Joe thinks it’s ok to use services from local small businesses and then not pay invoices this has been on going for months. Absolute rat.

Everyone in the group liked the house & would stay again.
☺Bright, comfortable, clean, modern house with plenty of space for 6 adults, excellent for our weekend stay. All was as described, plus tea, instant coffee, biscuits provided which was a nice touch along with some other helpful kitchen basics. Good communication before and during stay. Would stay again if in the area.
☹Needed to check what coffee making facilities were available - pleased to find out that there was a cafetiere, would be helpful to mention in listing.

400m to a CLIFF, with NO WAY to get down to the sea.

Spacious, airy, clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Very quiet inside and out, and only a few minutes from the beach.It’s on a bus route, so just a few minutes into Westbourne and Chez Fred, a great fish & chips restaurant/takeaway.We would return.

☺House is very modern, with everything you need. Beds are so comfy. There is a small but lovely outdoor space. Was nice that they had basic things like, washing up liquid, hand soap, salt, pepper and cooking oil.
☹Was strange to be on a main road, but from inside you cannot hear much noise.

☹ We have stayed here before and it is normally spotless but it didn't look as if it had been very well cleaned especially considering the high price we have to pay for cleaning. Also the person living above the apartment is very heavy footed which was annoying. It would be really handy to have a freezer compartment.

Upon arriving found no parking space reached out to the host asking if we can park at the back in the open garage space – response was no as it belongs to the butchers shop.Found parking a long walk away from the flat. Not near flat. Unloading is another issue as it’s a bus stop outside the flat with a max 30 mins wait time. Entering the property was a heavy scent of damp. Upstairs – the only rooms that resemble the photos on the advert are the main bedroom and the shower and toilet.Middle bedroom had loose plug socket, black mould on window and loose light.As a summary:Mould on window in middle roomMould on shower roofBroken plug socketBroken lampDamp downstairsLiving room kitchen not as photo – (dirty yellow) carpet and grey L shaped fabric sofa No coffee maker as per descriptionInternet slow or not working Parking not available near propertyHad to travel to Bournemouth for restaurants etc which is a 20 min car journey Be warned before booking.
