Bad service.
They provide bad customer service due to short cancellation notice. I started driving 2+ hours earlier ,to come in for an inspection, and they cancelled it 55 minutes before I arrived,very short notice!!!! I cant check my phone while driving!!! The notice should be way more than just an hour!!!! Very disappointed!!!
The team were very professional and very polite. Unfortunately when the property was handed over to the next realty, the payment ledger didn’t make it across successfully.

Our tenancy relationship with this company began with delusion. A lovely, helpful lady to commence our tenancy and get us into the property and the exact opposite of her at the end of our lease. We had to deal with a vile agent who kept lying to us about our Bond refund, costs incurred to repaint a hole in the garage wall (spouse accidentally backed into it) and minor marks that resulted when we removed pictures off the wall (yes, we asked for approval before putting these up). We were more than happy to stand up for these costs and were re-assured by the agent that "they would not want to see the bond refund matter go to conciliation". She stated she would deduct costs from our Bond then "return the balance" to us. Then, we received three sets of invoices covering water charges covering a period of six months. Throughout our occupancy, we only received two of these. We then called up the RTA to enquire about tenant rights under late water bills. Imagine our surprise when they informed us that our agent had lodged a claim for the FULL amount of the bond! I was obliged to submit a Form 16 requesting dispute resolution. The property under question has serious plumbing issues. Shortly after moving in, our drains began backing up: kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilets. We called the agent to inform her about this and suggested the presence of a blockage. She in turn, "warned" us that if their plumber were to attend and find that the back up was our fault, we would have to stand for repairs. This line was repeated by their maintenance manager. We are previous property owners, all educated in the proper use and maintenance of toilets and bathrooms. This still did not explain why the kitchen and laundry sinks were blocked. Four sets of plumbers attended to rectify this issue. One with great expertise and care thoroughly inspected all pipes and drains. The outcome was an extensive report to the agent highlighting (1) Plumbing to the property was missing the proper drainage requirements which will always lead to plumbing issues and (2) Plumbing installations were not in accordance with industry standards. After this report, we did not hear any further insults regarding our improper use of plumbing facilities! The final crew then arrived and this time with the use of a camera, they extracted a large piece of what appeared to be a piece of tarred rock almost 3inches thick! This crew informed us that they weren't able to "get all of it" out. I'm writing this to keep other renters informed of the devious nature of a great deal of property managers, let alone the real estate agency they represent. Our agent's claim for our full bond was later revised to a reasonable amount reflecting true costs after I persisted with the intention to pursue the matter with the RTA. I went to the extent of contacting our local MP for intervention. After this experience, I would recommend sticking with the big names, the old and trusted brands. Forget these fly-by-night entrepreneurs who seem to drive their business on the premise that most renters are idiots. Support your local real estate big brand agencies. At least they have a reputation to protect. Pity, Google does not have a ZERO star rating on here - that's what I would be giving Grow and Co!
