Poor level of service that still haunts my company. We are a start up and received 0 guidance into things like the Declaration of Compliance for pension (which, as a result, I am submitting late). Payslips and taxes weren't explained properly, calculations were done incorrectly, which led us to late payments to HMRC & communications were late until I have escalated. So happy that I have left these guys.
