I went to Rachel as I was having a really hard time with my pelvic floor dysfunction. I wasn’t able to eat regular foods without issues with swallowing and my stomach was rock solid and bowels were difficult 24/7. Rachel spent so much time with me trying to figure out which foods didn’t agree with me and we found that gluten and lactose were what was making my symptoms worse and huge amounts of sugar. Rachel is a great listener, very understanding and you will feel so comfortable talking to her about everything. My tummy is gone back to normal now and I can even go to the gym again which wasn’t possible for me before. If I could give her more than five stars I would

I did the online Sourdough Bread baking course in lockdown - I felt maybe it wouldn’t be as thorough as the face to Face kitchen course - but it was truly the best - it felt one to one - Rachel’s tuition was brilliant - step by step - so thorough - no ambiguity whatsoever - ample time to grasp and understand the process and ask any question and a super follow up what’s app support group At 85€ - it’s a steal - I couldn’t recommend Rachel highly enough Well done and Thanks so much Rachel

Rachel's No Sweat ! The Menopause explained is an essential for every woman in perimenopause and at post menopause stage of life. She explains what symptoms to expect and how to ease them through nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle. The brunch served is all prepared with foods that will help to keep your health at it's optimum during this major hormonal change in our bodies and it was delicious ! Thanks Rachel x

I recently took part in Rachel's online sourdough class, having struggled to make sourdough bread over the last 2 years I was at the point of giving up . This class has inspired me anew. The guidance received has been wonderful along with on going support is invaluable on my new journey. Straight away I have learnt so much and have produced lovely bread . Rachel is a wealth of information and happily shares this with her students, I am so glad I discovered this class

I took Rachel’s sourdough making class for beginners after many failed attempts at making good quality bread. Like many I have followed recipes and looked online but could not for the life of me get anything near to what I wanted in my end product. I did Rachel’s course in March just before lockdown and my sourdough is center place every week in our house now. On the day Rachel welcomed us into her home and we set about making bread. She fielded questions and helped us all individually correct our mistakes and habits. I finally nailed down where I was going wrong, I should have went to Rachel 6months sooner. I left at the end of the day with two loaves we had made on the day some starter to continue my sourdough progression and a fool proof worksheet that I follow step by step every time I make sourdough. I’ve since took an online course with Rachel and it was like being in her house all over again - no detail left out , questions answered and new skills learned. My home menu now boasts focaccia, olive oil crackers and the most amazing pizza.

I attended Rachel’s meal prep workshop and left so inspired to organise my kitchen presses, prepare my meals in batches and change my eating habits. This was a brilliant workshop. Rachel is so welcoming and generous in sharing all her well tested tips, menu plans and recipes. She opened her home to us allowing us access to her fridge & presses to show us how to practice what she practices and proving that it works. Her attention to detail, easy to follow recipes and her organisational skills just inspire and motivate. I heard her speak on Gerry Kelly’s radio slot on LMFM and I’m so glad I did. I will definitely be attending more of her workshops in the future. Highly recommend Rachel .

I attended Rachel's Meal Prep Workshop today and I found it very practical and full of useful tips how to prepre and store foods. We got to taste some of the beautiful dishes prepared during the workshop and came away with lots of recipies and printouts in case we couldn't remember it all.

I attended Rachel’s sourdough workshop and cannot recommend it enough! Her wealth of knowledge, teaching style and inclusive environment were second to none and I feel I really benefitted from the day. Not only is my sourdough now rising but I now know the correct process and importance of temperature, quality ingredients, time etc. Thank you you so much Rachel for such a great day! I hope to be making sourdough for many years to come.

I recently attended Rachel's No Sweat ! The Menopause. We arrived to Rachel's beautiful home to a table set with beautifully presented food. Rachel made everyone feel very comfortable and we relaxed to listen to Rachels presentation on the menopause. Rachel explained the signs and symptoms and how to help yourself during this stage of your life through nutrition and lifestyle aterations .This was a very informative afternoon with magnificent food and plenty of information to go home with. I would highly recommend Rachel's courses and I hope to be back to another course. Thank you Rachel.

Had a one-to-one morning with Rachel to help me re-organise my meal prep around changed circumstances and a new vegetarian in the house. She was really helpful, inspiring and fun. I've come away with tips for storage, batch prepping and new recipes that I know everyone at home will love. Time and money well spent.

Really enjoyed the meal prep course we attended today. Rachel warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home where we were able to watch, listen and learn a whole range of very useful tips for meal prepping, longevity of storing food & handy items with which to store food in. Delicious easy to follow recipes and lots of simple but tasty ideas of how to serve & mix up components to make amazing meals. A very concise course & I can totally recommend and you will also meet some lovely people too. Oh and the welcome snack is delicious!! Thank you Rachel we really enjoyed it :)

I recently attended a food prep workshop with Rachel. It has help me to totally change my diet. I was struggling to make positive changes to my diet as like most people I am very busy and on the road running here and there and takeaway was an easy option. Now I have so much food prep in advance that meals are quick and easy with little or no waste. It was the missing key for me. I can highly recommend this workshop, you will learn so much and have an enjoyable morning in a fabulous atmosphere with great company. I have signed up for Rachel's sourdough bread making workshop in Dec and can't wait.

I attended Meal Prep 101 with Rachel. First off, I am not related to Rachel I just happened on her through a link and I am so glad I did. The class was amazing - this isn't some weirdo who is ramming healthy eating down your throat. This is a lady who has a busy work & family life, yet manages to put wholesome, healthy and delicious food on the table for every meal. And guess what, she shows you how this can be done with ease. No, she doesn't come to your house and do it for you, but you leave her class with all the tools to do it. Maria Montessori once said "observation is the key to knowledge" - I was blown away with the knowledge I came away with. It may seem overwhelming when you see Rachel's kitchen - her fridge is amazing and then when you get to her cupboards you can either throw your hands up in despair or be challenged to believe that you too can have what she has or even better. Rachel's mantra, one step at a time, but at least take the step. I am so pleased I did. My family still can't quite believe the change in our lives. Good, nutritious and sumptious food every day, yes it is achievable. I work full time and travel 10 hours a week - it takes confidence, persistence and committment but it is easy to get into. I loved the class, I travelled from Wicklow on my own and it was one of the very best decisions of my life. My husband and I as a by the way have lost 1 stone in weight each by eating the foods that Rachel introduced us to. We are never hungry and don't crave the rubbish that once passed our lips. Our two teenage daughters are thrilled to participate in the work plan which Rachel gives you. Rachel is a warm, solution focussed and generous lady with a wealth of information to pass on. I'm hoping she does another Meal Prep course soon because I will be there! Thanks you Rachel - by the way I think you should charge more.
