I bought a brand new car and unfortunately a rock hit the glass while driving and needed my glass repaired/replaced. Huge mistake calling this place … they made quite a few attempts to get the new windshield installed correctly which they could not. I have never been through anything like this and how many times does it take to install a windshield. From wind noise inside the car.. to not being able to see the vin.. to glue everywhere… to a scratch in the new glass.. and more.. I ended up taking my NEW car to the dealer to finally be fixed correctly after approx 5 visits to their shop. In the end, the mgr, tried to bully me and tell me my dealer farms out window replacement..by the way no they don’t.. This is the short version…. And threaten me with voiding my warranty.. with them.. on what I want to know.. your subpar work.. ok..

5 stars across the board. They had the rear car window that I shattered fixed in an hour and fifteen minutes after dropping the car off. Plus they cleaned out all of the broken glass. Can’t recommend strongly enough.

I could not be more thrilled with the service I received from Cassidy glass! Every single person I dealt with was professional, polite, and extremely accommodating. The technician that visited my house was pleasant and efficient. Additionally, the price was half of what was quoted to me by another service. I will recommend Cassidy glass and use them every time. Great service and very good communication, fair price! I called to get my almost brand new windshield removed because of some work I was having done to the car that require it and they were able to remove it in one piece one day and come back reinstall it 2 days later once the work was done. I can't be happier with the service they provided. They did warn me that it was possible the glass may break during removal and I would need new glass if that happened but luckily the glass was fine and everything worked out.

The Team here is AWESOME! Starting with my initial call, the receptionist was so helpful and kind. Once arriving, the customer service continued to be stellar. They even personally picked up my window from the dealer, because my agent put in the wrong window for the claim, so it was not already on-site. David and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I needed, so I would not have to return. They did an awesome job replacing my 1/4 window and windshield. I definitely recommend them!

Had a piece of metal come through our windshield, other companies were at least a week out and this is our main way of going, they were able to get me in the next day and the ladies in the office were super friendly and the techs were quick with getting it replaced had me back going within a hour of arriving, painless process will definitely use them again for any future repairs!

No stars. Not even one. ( I had to give one for Google to post) I don't usually write reviews, but this case could not be overlooked. I hope this will prevent others from having the same or similar experience. I needed my windshield replaced and really wanted to support local business instead of just going with the national brand. My experience started in early March and finished today, early May. Today the national brand completed the work in about 2 hours. No problems. Previously, I was very patient with Cassady and Self for almost 2 months with no avail. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Still no resolution. No returned phone calls, multiple commitments broken\forgotten. I could go on with all the details, but won't. I have spent enough time on this Company. Please do your research before committing your automotive glass work to this Company. Look at the number of bad reviews they actually responded to. You won't find many. I doubt they will respond publicly to this one. They simply don't care. Again, I only hope to save others the same experience I had. Let the national brand do your work. They are the professionals.

Worst customer service ever! 1st glass had a wave in it. Showed up for 2nd appointment, glass a a scratch in it. Calibration wasn't correct on my intermittent wipers. 3rd glass was fine. Rock chip caused a new crack, new glass yesterday, came home and went to drive, windshield wipers locked up. Tech came out today, after 1.5 hours still not working. He left only to come back 15 minutes later, wiper blades were reinstalled backwards. Works fine now but refuse to make it right!$$$$ 15+ hours lost from work!
