New windshield was cracked during the installation. "Customer service" was difficult, then return service was scheduled for 7 days later? Heard great things from your radio partner. Absolutely will not be recommending to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with NuVision Auto Glass. Anthony Chandler, my technician, was great. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Anthony made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, explaining everything clearly and working efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Horrible service!!! I was scheduled for an windshield replaced for Monday and they were a no show. No one called to reschedule and I called several time to only speak with someone overseas that I couldn't understand. Finally called today and the guy from Orlando gave me nothing but attitude. Looking for a new windshield company and would never recommend this company!

Don't belive the sales tactics they say. Didn't get any cash rebate and had to push back to even get the single person dinner voucher. I have full glass coverage too. Should have chosen a different company.

Jesus was amazing when he fixed my windshield and replaced it. He was patient with me and was efficient.
NuVision gave me a $40 gift card for Rodizio Grill and also $150 to replace my windshield.

Amazing group of people. Customer service was quick to order my windshield. Tech called 30 minutes before appointment. Showed up on time. Replaced the windshield with no issues.

My insurance says they are not in their preferred list. I don’t care I have been using the for years and had one issue that was rectified almost instantly. I will keep on using the because of the professional services I get from the front office and the installation team. I would highly recommend.
