Kevin and Casey were amazing! In one hour they fixed the problem with the basement receptacles. Changed my old stove and fridge receptacles. They have everything ready in their van, no wait times!! Will come to them in the future if anything happens. Service is worth every penny!

Our home had been operating on an old 50's style fuse box that was no longer able to keep up with the demands of a modern household. Stack came in and switched our fuse box out for a modern breaker box, and dealt with a laundry list of electrical problems that had arisen over the preceding years. Their work was excellent and priced fairly, which is saying a lot in this day and age. Most importantly, they were generous with their knowledge and expertise, taking the time to explain everything as the work went along and answering our many questions. Good people. Good work. We had our 60 Amp fuse box changed to a 100 Amp breaker box. The job was priced very reasonably and done within a very good time frame. Kevin and Tracie were very down to earth, very thorough and their work is very professionally done. We will definitely hire them again in the future and we have already referred them to friends and family members. We are extremely happy and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Called for a minor service call on a Friday night. Team arrives early the next day and addressed the issue quickly and shared their knowledge. Issue was my fault and the Stack team were friendly, knowledgeable,and great to talk with. A must call for any electrical needs and issues.

If you need an electrician in the Hamilton area, I strongly recommend these two. They're extremely polite, clear in their commutation, ethical and honest. I got an ev charge point installed in the garage. Work happened on the time promised, at the price promised, and as far as I can see, it's quality work. They even gave me a specialized ev plug point for no extra cost. I promptly received the eca certificate as well. You'll surely find electricians who'll charge maybe 100$ lesser, but then you get what you pay for.

They helped with a panel upgrade and EV charger install, as well as a few other jobs and we are very satisfied with their work. The price is very reasonable, and the parts that they use are all quality items. Would definitely reach out to them again for electrical work in the future.

My experience right from the beginning, has been absolutely amazing! From soley my own default there were some hiccups with our appointments and Tracy and Kevin from Stacks, were nothing but nice to me, they were so understanding, patient all while continuing to still show interest in helping me out with my situation., even after in all honesty and transparency, I had been a bit of an inconvenience to them and probably came off as unreliable When they showed up for the job , the level of knowledge and experience was very apparent, without question. The problem was literally found and diagnosed within minutes! Turned out to include my utility company having to come and do work on the power lines. When the utility company showed up and I presented Stack Electrics card and told them what I was told, and what the diagnosis was, without the slightest hesitation the worker from the utility company, said, and I quote " if Kevin (stacks) says that's the problem, then I have no doubt that's exactly the problem, he's the best in the business!" He went on to say, "Kevin knows what he's doing, he's a great electrician, and is good to people, never takes advantage of them" I was absolutely blown away, with the amount of respect and praise Kevin was given , and how they knew of him without having to question or think" Needless to say , the outcome was in fact, exactly was Kevin diagnosed, and I was able to get my problem solved. Now that I've got the main problem figured out and solved, I have other unrelated jobs I need done and im without a doubt going to continue using stack electric. I am looking forward to working with the Stack electric team, and feel very at ease with working with Tracy and Kevin,. Having that part of the multiple things being done at the house right now , being able to feel worry free , and having confidence, from all possible angles I'm in good hands with the electrical work, is priceless to me. Feeling like I can trust with complete confidence the electrical work is in good hands , knowing I can rest, assured is so valuable to me, i can't stress that enough . I feel like I really lucked out picking Stacks!! I am truly greatful I did! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Tracie and Kevin are an honest, friendly, competent and professional team that did a wonderful job. Upon contacting them for a quote, they promptly attended our home and provided detailed options. They successfully coordinated with Hydro One and completed the work quickly and well. They produced high quality results for a reasonable price.

I worked with Stack recently in fixing a few problems in my old house... fixing old/disabled outlets, installing new outlets, and replacing the breaker panel. Kevin and Tracie were responsive to inquiries, clearly communicated the options, and performed the work exactly as planned (at a reasonable price too). I will be calling Stack again if I need work done in the future.
