Very bad experience at this PG. My clothes were stolen from the terrace and there is clearly no security.
The management is extremely unprofessional. Even though I stayed only 6 days, I paid for the entire month and argued when I asked for my advance refund.
Food is terrible, the place is dirty, and hygiene is very poor. I strongly do not recommend this PG.
1. Worst PG ever, they only want money but the service is worst.
2. Never returns back our Advance amount until we ask everyday continuesly .
3. They charged me 3000 Rs as an advance money when I joined and returned me 447Rs that to after making many calls after 10 days of vacating the room stating that I had dues, even though I had paid all of my dues on time.
4. And even with limited usage, the electricity bill
will be extremely costly (4000-6000 Rs), the power meter itself is a false meter.
5. The food was terrible, and there was no hygiene, we could see small insects and cockroaches in the food (which we had seen several times), and if we ask, they would yell and tell us to vacate.
6. They will also allow outsiders for day basis if there is a bed empty in the room , they will charge them money including the power bill but never cut their share of power bill amount from the bill generated, we need to pay for their share also.

Oh wow, thank you so much for your detailed response! I’m honestly flattered that you took the time to analyze how long I supposedly spent crafting my ‘premeditated’ review. It’s always interesting to see management go out of their way to dismiss feedback rather than actually address it.
As for the ‘misbehavior’ claim, it’s refreshing to hear that you found me troublesome after five whole months! Must have taken quite a lot of patience on your part. Wishing you and the staff all the best too – it sounds like you’ll need it!

First of all thanks for spending a very very long time to write this fake review.
If at all we are that bad not sure how you are able to spend 5 months with us and at EOD it is us who asked you to move out because of your misbehavior with the staff and the management.
