My daughter saw Dr Radden for bulging discs and debilitating pain. He was the only one who seemed to take her situation seriously after 1.5 of being given the runaround and no answers. So we thought. While I still believe he had her best interests in mind, surgery was cancelled 1 day before due to the co-surgeons not being willing to do it. They had a month to figure that out! Perhaps there were good reasons but we are appalled at the lack of communication and compassion on this matter. We had to call repeatedly for updates and struggled to get clear information about next steps. It’s been over a week, we still have nothing and have scheduled with another practice.
Families dealing with chronic pain are already under tremendous stress, and timely, respectful communication is essential.
