worst billing department I had six sessions of PT in January 2025. Every time I paid my copay after each session. Now their billing department asks to pay my copays again. I tried to reach their billing department, left messages, wrote them. They never return my calls. However, they keep sending the bills. The worst billing department.

It took me way too long to post this review. Wanted to say that I was super happy with the care and quality of PT I received at this facility. I came in after having a complicated and extremely painful foot surgery. From the moment I was there until I bounced 5 months later I believed the staff was skilled, knowledgeable , and empathic and had my best interest at heart. Dr. Stephanie and her team took great care of me and motivated me when I just felt defeated! I , also, loved the front staff so much. They were so kind. Thank you Glen Rock. You truly rock your jobs!

The atmosphere in SportsMed is wonderful as soon as you come to the front desk. The two young ladies, Briana and Hayle, give you a warm welcome. Brian and James, the Assistant Therapist, are on top of the game and keep everybody doing the exercises we all need to do, working this place like a clock. Stephanie, my PT, has been excellent on my treatment They all keep this place running efficiently and effectively. The space is ample so we all have the room to do our exercises comfortably. This is my third time, for different reasons, that I’ve been here. First, was my finger and wrist, second was for vertigo and this third one is for recovery of hip surgery. All three have been a great experience!!
