THIEVES MONEY STOLEN - my sister paid for a course and was told to pay upfront nearly £2500. She had to take a loan and borrow the money to pay for this and then made an application for her Visa which got rejected for no fault of her own then when we explain this to the school, they said that we should’ve read the contract and terms and conditions - and they are refusing to give her a refund . We are from a very poor area and cannot afford to loose this money . Shame on you Speak up London - REFUND OUT MONEY !!!

AVOID Avoid at all costs. This company presents itself very differently from how it actually operates. I was charged nearly £2600 for a course that I never attended, and no service was provided. When I requested a refund, they relied on small print in the contract to justify refusing it. Their practices appear to take advantage of international customers. Very disappointing experience — proceed with caution.

I was able to meet an amazing teacher and very nice classmates - from many different countries like Spain, Israel, Portugal, Brazil, Ukraine, France and Germany - and learn a lot of powerful content. It wasn't just about learning language skills, but also the depth you gained in some subjects. I highly recommend SpeakUp London to improve your English skills.

This school is very good! Teacher is very helpful and the lessons are very effective. I really like to join social activities and free speaking classes every week. Ambience is very nice in the school, there is a student area and library which I always study English there after my lessons. Staff is very kind and friendly. I recommend this school to everyone!!
