Their LIFETIME WARRANTY is worthless. I got a patch on my ceiling during the first rains after roof installation. I called and reported it to Austin and got excuses that it could be from before the install. When I said that I had the ceiling painted after the roof installation, got wrong advice that it could be from the AC duct leak. When I asked to get it looked at I was given excuses and told to get with an AC guy. Got with the AC guy and got video evidence of the leaking roof vent, all communications stopped. No answering any of my calls, texts and even an email. Finally decided to post this as others don’t fall in this pit of abyss. Do not hire them or if in contract with them, keep a retainer for the warranty or fixes post install. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL on the owner’s, Austin’s part. Never thought this would happen to me.

I can’t thank Spartan Roofing enough! They were very responsive and completed our new roof amazingly fast. We made it through tropical storm Debby without a single worry now that our roof is rated for 165+ hurricane winds. I will be recommending to all my friends and family! Thank you!

I just want to say, everything about my experience with Spartan Roofing was superb! From the initial appointment with Dylan, who was very honest and candid regarding the process, follow up with Austin, who was patient with me and all my MANY questions and concerns and who was onsite every day to manage the crew and to the crew, who were such hard workers during the 3 days with 110 degree heat indexes and rain. They worked their tails off dealing with additional unexpected plywood and fascia replacement and a last-minute request to replace skylights. The cleanup was excellent, too. Although I did find a few nails, I guess that can’t be avoided 100%. Trevor did a great job with the drone for the before and after video. Thank you, all. I would highly recommend this company for your roof replacement.
