This dental practice cost me about £1,000. A crack appeared in my tooth, they told me it was nothing to worry about. I flew to the USA for Christmas and was in agony on the flight. After seeing a private dentist in the US, I decided to use South Ealing Dental practice for next steps when I returned home. I ended up having a tooth removed. If Sparkle were any good this would not have happened but they simply didn’t recommend the right next steps. I have taken my 9 year old daughter away from them also given their incompetence. Colin was a great hygienist, he left and went to a better practise a while ago. My daughter is now with Happy Kids Dental in Hammersmith and wow, are they different and so, so much better. Do not trust Sparkle - they were bought out by a larger chain and it all went wrong. One to avoid.

I love them. As a needle phobic & dental pain management nightmare, they are so kind, & make me feel better. Plus their work is excellent, all the staff are professional, friendly & genuinely helpful & caring about their patients.

Not quite sure why my review was removed, but not surprised given managers are worried their image could be affected, but honesty is key.
I worked here previously. Stingy and poor quality management. Their staff do not want to stay. Managers, are very unprofessional and rude to employees.
Management do not provide adequate training, shout at and bully apprentices, making them cry, and hire them only to avoid hiring real experts on genuine salaries.
* Further to the reply, management, of course gaslight to protect their image.
Why would I raise up an issue of events with the ones who cause such an injustice directly and have no empathy? Especially when you deny this when there are records in your system.
I have evidence of these claims from multiple sources, and this is the correct practice I am referring to. Do not attempt to silence me.

We do not now, nor previously had any apprentices employed in practice and we also value all our team members within our practice and will always continue to provide any support required whilst paying appropriately.

The worst dentist I have ever experienced. Constant cancellations, very expensive, and just poor service overall.

I had the opportunity to meet some of the professionals at Sparkle in two different situations. Both on the phone and in person, at the reception desk and in the dental office, all of them were very friendly and professional. The price they charge is commensurate with the excellent service they provide. Furthermore, the manager, Prachi, took an interest in the dental care of my two children and offered me a free checkup for both of them. Although I didn't take it at the time, it was very kind of her to do so. I recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I’ve just got home after having a very large filling replaced, I am a very nervous patient and I can truly say that Dr Priyanthan is the most gentle, highly skilled dentist I have ever been to. I didn’t even feel the anesthetic going in! Thank you so much Dr Priyanthan.

Doesn’t seem to be as happy a ship as it used to be since the last dentist retired. There seems to be some dissent amongst the staff and it felt a little tense. The hygienist is lovely though and the dentist himself very calm and professional.

Wow how have you assumed I called on Mon or Tues, I don’t want any communication with you, your response shows a lack of unprofessionalism, and empathy, furthermore your reply sent to the second review who also left you 1 star, Colin the hygienist was not at spark dental in 2012 which raises the question about your dishonesty, thank the lord I joined Banning Dental , and majority of the positive reviews for Spark Dental Boutique were for Dr Sunita and her staff, as Nabilah said who left you a review 3 months ago who also left one star DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SILENCE US, patients have a right to know you take premium prices but offer the worse service ever.
If you calculate when the new owners took over at Spark dental and the amount of 1 stars you have received since takeover, then one would know the real stars you have and I very much doubt it would be 4.7.
Is this a part time practice? Phoned four times during normal office hours but no answer, fifth time I got through lady on the other end spoke to me in a rude and curt manner - as someone mentioned in some other reviews Dr Sunita the previous owner was a gem, since it has been sold the new owners and staff are incompetent, the staff keeps changing on a regular basis, that’s why staff is not trained to deal with patients.
Now I’m registered with Banning Dental Practice miles better and so much cheaper and they answer there calls and staff are brilliant.

I have had a look back through our call logs for Monday and Tuesday of this week from when your review has been posted and can't see any missed calls on our system. I am also unsure regarding your comments of our team, who have all remained in practice for sometime and have all been provided training and ensure they take part in regularly completing continued professional development. I would welcome further discussion on your concerns to gain further information of when you called and who you spoke with in practice in order for us to investigate this matter further. Please could you make contact with the practice either via phone or email and ask to speak to the practice manager.
Lovely team, came across them in 2022 when I urgently needed to see someone as my retainer wire came undone. They were much more approachable than other places about fitting me in as I had not yet been to a dentist since moving to the UK.
The reception team, dentists, and hygienists have all be really accommodating since. The hygienist Rosie (works on Thursdays), is really lovely and very experienced. So glad to find a good dental clinic in the area.

This was a great dental practice in the past with Sunita at the helm.
however since she left the practice is now a mess
i had outstanding credit on my account and the new owners claim there is no record of it and that the computers have been wiped clean!!!!
Also the staff are not friendly at all, they are more worried about taking your money as opposed to helping resolve issues.
Also the hygienist Colin has left, who was a great chap
overall i would not recommend this practice, especially when you are paying premium rates for a private dentist
