My Renault katjar had a problem with many lights coming up on a dashboard I went to various garages for advice not very helpful went to spanners and they were so helpful booked the car in within 2 days it was repaired The best service I think I've ever had I would highly ,highly recommend them

I used this garage for a repair on my motorhome back in February. Id hit a pot hole damaging the drive shaft. The owner was very helpful ,friendly and they did a first class job repair. I'm currently travelling in Italy and remembered id forgot to leave a positive review. Id highly recommend these guys and will be using them for any future work that may come down the road. on 16.2.24 I had my MOT scheduled for 11.40am I arrived at 11.35am I went to reception. I booked in and he told me to speak to the person who was doing the MOT service S. MIRAGLIOTTA. I approached him and he said wait. At 12.15pm he put my car on the ramp and after a few minutes he showed me something that I'm not qualified to understand and said that the rear springs are broken. continuing on the cell phone and I waited at the reception at 1:25 pm for you, sir. S MIRAGLIOTTA opened the door and asked me, is this your first time here? I replied yes, it's my first time. After a few minutes, he handed over the MOT paper to a very polite gentleman at the reception, saying fail MOT, I made the payment and was told that I had ten days to return with the problem resolved. On the same day I called to find out if I had to make an appointment again and the person who answered the phone could come back at any time without needing to make an appointment. on 23.2.24 at 12.45 I was at the workshop to do the re-test, I went to reception I spoke to the gentleman, once again very friendly and he told me to go and talk to the man who does the MOT, in turn it was Mr. MIRAGLIOTTA, he went to the Sir, I said good afternoon, I didn't get an answer back, what was it, he asked, I have an MOT re test to do, I have a lot of work but your colleague said to come and talk to you. Mr. MIRAGLIOTTA started shouting at the man who was at reception that he had an MOT to do and that he wasn't going to do the re-test, he was busy, a lack of respect as he spoke to his colleague and turning to me, who was a customer who had to wait because he was busy but with a very rude tone of voice and a stink attitude with no manners and no politeness. a place that I don't recommend that place just avoid, unpleasant place I will try to get the message out in the media to avoid people get there and treated really badly.

I'm always very happy to do the M.O.T, full service and any other parts of the car here. Well done!!!
