Everyone is so personable and I know my son is getting a great age appropriate education in Spanish. He has STEAM fairs, ample time outside, a quality curriculum, and the kindest teachers I have ever met.

I don’t want to let more time pass without writing this review for the SFF administration. Since Mimi from the administrative staff no longer works in Cary, the childcare center feels very different. It is truly sad when valuable people like her are let go. I am a mother of a child at the center and Cary is not the same without Ms. Mimi. From the moment you walked in, she brought warmth and life to the center. She was always kind, welcoming, and treated both the children and families with genuine care. Many parents were deeply saddened by her departure. Several of us asked the teachers what could be done and who we could speak to because her absence is truly felt. Just last week the school was decorated for Valentine’s Day and there was no connection between the administrative staff and families at all. We also know the reason why she left, and honestly, it is ridiculous. This is not just a personal opinion, this message represents the feelings of a group of parents.

Spanish for Fun Cary has been a life-changing experience for our family. After leaving 3 other childcare facilities, SFF was a breath of fresh air. What sets this center apart is not only their commitment to early childhood education, but the deep, genuine love they have for every child in their care. Our daughter was lucky enough to have Ms. Elsa and Ms. Mariela in the infant classroom. Words cannot express our gratitude for the way the cared for our sweet girl. I could go on and on about how much Ms. Else truly loves each of those babies like her own. In the early preschool classroom, our son absolutely adored Ms. Maya and Ms. Gabby. They led the class with energy, love, and patience. They really helped my son thrive!
In all the time we’ve been with Spanish for Fun Cary, I have never once heard a teacher raise their voice at a child, which is sadly so rare to find these days. The staff treats every little one with such tenderness, patience, and respect—it’s like being part of an extended family. The teachers are calm, gentle, and incredibly skilled at creating a positive, supportive environment where children can thrive.
The structure they offer is outstanding—everything from the daily routines to the Spanish immersion curriculum is thoughtfully designed to help children feel secure, engaged, and inspired. Yet within that structure, they still manage to keep things playful and joyful. It’s the best of both worlds.
Unfortunately, due to my husband being active duty, we received orders out of the area. I don’t think we will ever find childcare at the level that SFF Cary offered. We will miss them dearly!

I would not recommend this daycare. We pulled our son out because what we were promised during the tour was not what we received and the lack of communication from administrators was terrifying. The teachers were caring but it’s clear a lot is put on them daily. During the tour we mentioned our son was potty training, we were ensured they could continue the schedule we were doing. They did not, I picked him up several times completely wet. He has now regressed to the point he doesn’t want to sit on the potty. Our son has gluten and dairy sensitivities and we were told they serve mostly gluten free items, this ended up a issue and even when we sent in items I recall the director handing me his lunch box with items I sent saying “they must’ve not seen this” all of his food was clearly labeled and marked. They did not take it seriously it’s not a preference, this is a health issue. I was told they were confused yet no one communicated that to me when I asked several times before his start date. Furthermore, we are not native Spanish speakers and so I feel we were not prioritized; we thought this was a great opportunity to immerse in different cultures. I still think it’s important but after our experience Spanish For Fun is not the best option.

We have had a wonderful experience at SFF! Ms. Gabby and Ms. Mayi bring so much warmth, love, and energy for the kids every day. They were incredibly patient and encouraging as we navigated potty training. SFF goes above and beyond to create impactful experiences outside of the day to day, we recently attended the international fiesta where it was clear they put in a lot of effort to make it a success. 10/10 recommend.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the amazing care Lucia receives at SPANISH FOR FUN!. She is truly happy there, and it's clear to me how much she has learned and grown in such a short time. We would give 6 stars ⭐️ if we could. Staff is incredible from the moment you walk in. Teachers are fantastic. Some heroines really don’t wear capes. The cameras, daily activities, and top notch organization are a plus but the most important thing is the love and affection we feel and know our kid gets every time she’s there.

We changed daycares earlier this year and couldn’t be happier. The teachers at Spanish for Fun feel like an extension of our family and genuinely care about our child. SFF goes above and beyond to provide enrichment activities for their students. It is clear that with their curriculum our kid will be fluent in Spanish before kindergarten.

SFF has been such an amazing experience for not only me as a parent, but mainly for my daughter. My daughter started attending SFF Cary in June 2024 at 6mo old. I felt comfortable immediately. Ms. Elsa, Ms. Eli, and the rest of the staff are lovely and extremely attentive to the family & baby’s needs.
My daughter not only has exposure to the Spanish language , but is truly taken care of and loved in the infants class. I can’t wait to hear her continue to thrive once she starts talking, and hear her speak Spanish the same way the older kids at SFF do!
I highly recommend SFF Cary to anyone who needs care for their children. The events, activities, and the utmost care and love the staff have for the children is incredible.
We’ll be attending as long as we’re able.

We absolutely love SFF Cary! My son had a difficult time transitioning from a nanny to daycare, but all of the teachers at SFF Cary welcomed him with open arms and truly made us feel at home! My son absolutely loves going to school now and gives his teachers daily hugs with a huge smile on his face! He also knows so much Spanish already - it’s amazing!

We absolutely love Spanish for Fun. Our son is excited to go to school each day and speaks as much Spanish as English now. The staff are super friendly to parents and they do lots of fun activities for the kids regularly.

This place is amazing. You won’t regret joining this family. SFF provides top quality care of young children. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and warm, and most have degrees in early childhood education. The kids learn so much and have fun and varied activities every day. We loved the kids performances they did every holiday as well. We always knew our son was in good hands and was receiving lots of love.
We had to switch at one point to a different daycare for my son (for reasons that were unrelated to SFF) and we regretted it because the other school was a nightmare (including mistreatment of kids) and immediately withdrew and came back to SFF. SFF welcomed us back with open arms and love. They have all truly loved our son at SFF. One of the teachers even became our regular babysitter and is a blessing to our family! SFF has a special place in our hearts and we recommend it to everyone. Keep it up, SFF, you all are fantastic!
