I have stored furniture, clothing and many other items at several different storage facilities in the past. Acton road self storage is by far the best I have ever used. It is immaculately clean, well maintained, top notch security, as well as humidity and temperature controlled. If you need to store items such as musical instruments art or old books as well as furniture this is the place to do it.

I have paid for my unit by auto pay for two years. I gave them 4 weeks notice I am moving out, and moving for my job where I MUST relocate. They informed me if I move out by the 5th of the month I do not have to pay the rest of the month... but my moving company cannot move me until the 9th of July. No break, no pro-rate, so I have to pay for a FULL month for 9 days of use. Why can't you work with people? This day of high gas, everything going up and now this. So they are able to get payment from me for 31 days + 22 days from a new customer. RUDE!
Great location. It's convenient. The staff is excellent, the gentleman at the front desk I cannot remember his name but he is super. I lost the key to my lock, he cut the old one off and had one onsite for me to purchase and use. It's always clean and the customer service again is awesome.
