I am very happy with the service I recieve at Attic Storage. Monique is always very pleasant , very clean and large spacious units if you need it and security cameras aswell , very important to me to have my belongings kept safe ! Great pricing for what you get!

I am from out of state. Place the phone call to Attic Storage at the Smithville location. Ms. Monique answer the phone very politely. I asked questions about insurance, natural disasters and weather related. She answered all the questions to my liking. She was ckear and honest about contract commitment. The locations is private, temperature control, clean, gated and camera secured. The size of the storage is adequate, an well kept. I would recommend this storage to anyone needing storage space. First and foremost...Monique is just absolutely wonderful. She goes the extra mile for all her clients. Great customer service. Always there for you. Attic Storage provides great units. For me the selling point is their climate controlled units. And now..with Smithville location they have a covered security entryway for their upper climate controlled units. Everything is new and clean. Monique always keeps a tip top ship! Customer Service area welcoming and there are bathroom facilities as well if you are at your unit for a long time! Rates are competitive and reasonable. Highly highly highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
