These people are SO sloppy. They mixed up the email of a client and sent all that clients DocuSign notifications to me during the bidding process. Despite my efforts getting in touch with Randy to let him know he had messed up (and I found the client on FB and alerted her) they never corrected her email and continued to send even the CLOSING documents to me for DocuSign. I would never ever use someone so incompetent in a basic real estate matter!
Do disregard his fallacious comment below- I received FOURTEEN emails over the span of over two months (I saved them and counted just now) I had contacted him after the first one to let him know there had been a mistake- he never bothered to correct it!

I have been originating loans for over 30 years in my area and happened to be doing a purchase for a client with a similar name and almost identical email address. Two mails were sent by mistake by the bank ( I am a mortgage broker) for signature which Ms Renshaw notified me of the discrepancy. In over 30 years and hundreds of loans, this is the first time it happened and I apologized to both parties. No personal or confidential data was information was transmitted.
