Mary & Mike went above and beyond helping us to sell our home - babysitting contractors, hosting an open house over Memorial Day weekend, even finding a last second electrician to replace the buyer's one who had flaked out - they were always there to help. Couldn't have done it without them!

I was moving from out of state and called multiple realty companies for assistance. Out of all the companies I called Damon Listor at Southern Life Reality was the only person who returned my call. He immediately got to work sending me possible rentals and checking in with me each day. He was extremely helpful since I did not know the areas safety wise and was not yet in Fl to see the places. I feel he is trustworthy and looking to help unlike a lot of other realty companies. He was extremely responsive and quick getting back to me whenever I saw a rental of interest. 100 percent I would recommend him!

I got to work with Andy and Damon from Southern Life and they are extremely patient and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Working with realtors in the last sometimes felt like I was only seeing specific property or being guided in a different direction. Andy was able to answer all my questions and makes the process much easier.

Lies from the very beginning. Shenille Ford was the buyers agent. We made an offer and was counter offered and accepted. The buyers are older and can’t do online signing. But before they were able to sign Shenille says she has other offers and we need to up Ours. Excuse me. We had a deal. I was so stressed and upset. Not knowing what was going on. She said she has to let the sellers know they have other offers. WHAT!!! She said she was taking the papers for the sellers to sign. It took until the day out offer was expiring to get signed . But the deception didn’t end there . There was a note on the microwave during inspection that stated they were replacing the microwave since this one didn’t work. Well the never did and when we questioned it it was all more lies. I finally got “pick one out. It over the amount the said. That I did. I was happy I found one on sale so I can get a nice one . Then I’m told no. They found one and are having it shipped. We asked for just the money instead. But Shinelle said it was already ordered and I should just deny it. WHAT! Then a day later I’m told she is Venmo be the money. Wait. I thought you ordered it. Just another lie. There are many more before this nightmare was over. Nothing she said was the truth. Unbelievable. Never saw anything like it. So unethical she should find another profession. Maybe politics
