Fantastic experience! Drivers were ON TIME, handled our luggage with care, professional and courteous. Reserving the vehicle was simple and their phone and email customer service were friendly and responsive (they answer the phone!). Most of all, I'm thankful that South Bay was able to accommodate our small dog, they made the journey stress-free for both us and our pet. Highly recommended!

So easy to schedule and work with. Brand new black SUV made the ride comfortable and so so easy to go for a night out to the Dodger game and Soho house in downtown LA. They were on time and incredibly responsive. Will hire again and 100% recommend.

absolutely wonderful! I hired them to take my daughter and I to a concert at the Kia forum and pick us back up afterwards. Their communication prior to and during was wonderful. Absolutely the first class service at very reasonable price. Could not have made it to the airport had they not been so quick to come to rescue. South Bay Car Service is a comfortable, relaxing, and reliable way to get around in style. My family has used them for trips to/from LAX and the service is excellent every time. We have even arrived after midnight on New Year's day and gotten the same incredible service. They are on time, the vehicles are immaculate, and the ride is comfortable and smooth. It takes the stress out of getting to and from LAX.
