Terrible customer service. Rang them to ask if they had a product in stock, they told me they don’t even sell the brand. Visited their store and I found it. This happened on April 15, 2025. Even worse, they can’t even recall it happening.

The only conversation we can recall was regarding BlackVue. We were previously an authorised dealer but asked to be removed from their dealer list some time ago. As explained at the time, we only had a few remaining units available online, though not the specific model the caller was seeking.

While Honza and Soundtech have become dealers focussed on B2B rather than B2C, when I called Honza as a consumer he took his time to listen to my requirements of a sound system upgrade and then recommend the product package, and looking at my budget advised me to go about in stages which actually was more feasible for me. He helped me connect me to Alex at MC Audio for going ahead with the product purchase and installation. Honza was very much the person I had heard about within the Facebook Forums from where I got to know about him, and I will now be recommending him and Sountech to everyone I know for their sound system upgrade requirements.

Purchased a Helix v8 mk2 amp / dsp and the Audison 10” as2 sub/amp. Great prices, great comms and fast shipping. The combo is amazing with my Alpine R2 pro series 6x9’s with tweeters and the rear 6.5’s. Still baking in the sub but even at 25% volume it is solid! The Helix dsp tuning is incredible, I love sitting in traffic now 😂

Dealing with SoundTech and Honza from start to finish was a standout experience. Right from the get-go, Honza was all about helping me find the best setup for my new Toyota GR86 2023. He was straightforward, knew his stuff, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan for the upgrade. Dropping off the car was easy, and I was kept in the loop with updates and photos, which I really appreciated. When I got the car back, I was blown away by the quality of work. It looked like it all could've been installed straight from the factory - clean, meticulous, and just spot-on.Now, the sound - it's hard to put into words. The car sounds amazing with the new setup. Everything from the sound deadening to the way the system was tuned is perfect. It's got this quality to it now that makes every drive a lot more enjoyable. And they did all this without needing to mess with the car's original head unit or fittings. Big thanks to Sound Tech and Honza. The whole process was smooth, and the results speak for themselves. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to upgrade your car's audio without compromising on aesthetics or originality.
