Absolutely brilliant. We heard of the company from a neighbour. Placed our first order and they was brilliant. We had a issues with DPD and the customer services we received from so sweet, was fantastic. We will definitely be ordering again

Nice sweets. Disappointing Chocolate Mix selection
Really joying all the sweet we got from the SoSweet shop.
But little disappointed with the Chocolate Mix. It came with 4 different types of chocolate. But was very much the same. Didn't receive even one of the examples pictured. Pink mice, Jazzies, Frogs, Pigs....Which is what we were really excited to get.

About as I was expecting. Very sweet!
So I ordered a sweet box in preparation for a YouTube video. I had already known beforehand that the one I ordered, would contain sweets and drinks were coming up to or have just recently passed their best before date.
I enjoyed them all. It was well packaged, and I hope to order again one day!

Disappointed
Initial order could be completed at check out as didn’t factor in an advertised discount. Actual order was sent in two parts DPD were shocking didn’t deliver or attempt to deliver first this had to be collected from miles away and second got returned to distribution centre again with no attempt to deliver for 4 days on arrival looked like they had played football with it for entire weekend shocking way to treat food goods

I wouldn’t recommend this company either as I placed an order over a month ago and I’m still waiting for my order! They said that the tracking says it was delivered but nobody was home and I have sent them footage from my ring doorbell but still waiting for my order or delivery. I would definitely avoid this company!!!

I am sorry you are disappointed with the service you received. However, as advised, as we are in receipt of a proof of delivery photo showing the parcel being handed to an occupant at your property with the correct gps co-ordinates from Royal Mail. Therefore we are unable to raise a claim on your behalf with Royal Mail for a non-delivered parcel.
