Through each step of the process - the transparency, resourcefulness, and attention to detail were very evident to see. Touring apartments in the Greater Chicago area was a hassle-free and enjoyable experience thanks to Brendan's planning and mindset of wanting to provide me with the best outcome rather than just as another customer. From the time frame post-tour(s) until signing my lease this Friday, I very much appreciated how often Brendan would be in touch with me as well as my apartments' leasing agency to make sure everything was figured out - once again speaking to his resourcefulness and diligence!

I have nothing but praise for Mark Brown. Extremely persistent, organized, and relentless in helping me get the best deal for my apartment. Applying and signing remotely posed its difficulties, but Mark did the heavy lifting to make the process extremely easy, going above and beyond in showcasing the apartment and neighborhood, as well as acting as the liaison between me and the leasing office of the building. i worked with isabella quesenberry during my apartment hunt and i have nothing but amazing things to say about her! she was diligent, helpful, and super collaborative in helping me find my next lease. i was a little all over the place at the beginning of my search, but isabella was so patient and guided me through so many options that all aligned with my criteria while also making sure i stayed within my budget. she even went above and beyond to suggest floor plans and apartments that i would've normally overlooked, but ended up loving and signing for right away! finding a new apartment is always stressful but isabella managed to make it super easy and also fun! i loved her energy when we went on our tours and appreciated the time she took to schedule everything based on my availability (literally all i had to do was just show up, made my life a million times easier). overall, i would 100000% recommend isabella if you're needing help finding an apartment. SHE'S THE BEST!!!

Isabella Quesenberry has been an absolute godsend helping me find a new apartment. I’m currently unable to see apartments in person as I’m on the other side of the country, and Isabella has made this a nonissue, providing incredibly detailed accounts of numerous units, in addition to virtual tours. I have not made this work easy by giving rather narrow specifications, and yet Isabella has been unwavering in her resolve to find the best options available. I truly cannot commend and recommend her (and HotSpot) enough!

Instead of being an overly aggressive agent like ones I’ve dealt with in the past, he was patient and confident in the process. The places he suggested fit my requirements so well, I ended up applying to the first building we toured. I was approved for the apartment on my birthday, which was the cherry on top! Isabella Quesenberry with HotSpot Rentals assisted me on my apartment search. I was surprised how quickly she found me the perfect apartment. She found me 2 months free in Wicker Park. She sent me a video tour of the apartment before I saw it in person with her. She communicated with me and the leasing office to make sure my lease was executed properly. She even followed up afterwards to make sure my move went smoothly. I highly recommend Isabella because of her expertise and ease of communication. I wouldn’t have found this apartment on my own. Mark Brown at HotSpot rentals is amazing! Responsive, organized, and attentive. All the listings he sent me were carefully curated to my wants and needs. Most importantly, Mark puts you at ease during the showing process. Before my showings, he had communicated with leasing agents to see if there were specific units that would fit my needs. During the showings he took notes and videos of each unit, which allowed me to be present and enjoy the touring experience. On top of that, he was nice, courteous, and easy to work with. I will be recommending Mark Brown to all my friends who are looking to rent! 5 stars!!
