After much research, I decided to purchase a SonderCare hospital bed for my husband; however, ordering a product of this cost online without a person to back this product did not appeal to me. Fortunately, I found Walt and AbleMed in Savannah, Ga. Walt immediately connected me to Zoey, who is amazing. She is knowledgeable and professional. Her level of customer service is second to none, answering all pre-purchase questions and following up on all details post purchase. Walt’s white glove delivery service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend SonderCare, as it is a premium hospital bed that meets and exceeds my needs; however, the best part of my SonderCare purchase is the customer service of Walt and Zoey.

Had amazing service today, I had some issues with my loaner bed not having the safety precautions from another service provider. I met Seyar, and he was able to help me out with a same day rental. Without his help, I would have had to cancel my transport reservation for my Mom, and she would have had to have a longer hospital stay. I am so grateful and thankful he was able to help me out when I was so stressed. He saved the day! Would highly recommend contacting him to help you.

Seyar was awesome. We had to move my mother very quickly from a hospital in one city to retirement living in another. We had lots on our plate and very little time. Seyar was both responsive, accommodating, and took one of our worries away. And this is saying nothing of the product which has been excellent. Thanks Seyar.

We have been dealing with Seyar for the past year and want to say that he is attentive, caring and takes care of our needs quickly. We highly recommend dealing with him. He has provided us with a bed, trapeze and replaced the mattress twice for John to ensure he is comfortable and taken care off.

When my dad transitioned from rehab back home, he was in need of a hospital bed and I was in need of assistance, guidance and assurance given my lack of knowledge in this are. This bed has given my dad an abundaunce of comfort and sense of luxury after spending 9 months in 3 different hospitals due to his stroke. I would like to put special mention onto the represenative that helped me with dad's bed. Thank you to Seyar for his amazing patience with me the day of set up. I was running around like a chicken with no head getting things ready for my father's move in. When I arrived almost an hour late, he greeted me kindly and with a genuine smile. His demonstration of the mechanics was thorough and clear and his kind demeanour helped to put my anxiety at ease for being so tardy. There have been many overwhelming parts to transitioning my once independently living father (who is in his mid 70s) into an assited living environment. However, the purchase and use of the sondercare bed, as well as the service provided by Seyar have been the most dependable, consistent and kind experience throughout this all. We were in need of a hospital bed for a family member returning home after a hospital stay. I’m so happy we found Sondercare. They were so easy to work with. One phone call and they delivered the bed the same day. They were professional, respectful, and efficient. The bed was very nice, not like a typical rental bed. Definitely worth a few extra dollars for this high-end bed. When we no longer needed it, one phone call and they were there to pick it up. Sondercare is a first class company.
