In a difficult time caring and addressing the many needs of an elderly, recovering parent, Seyar Ibrahimi was kind, courteous and completely understanding and flexible with regards to our particular situation in providing a hospital bed for our father. His service was invaluable while we navigated a lot of obstacles to get our Dad set up in his new living space. Seyar is reliable and will continue to be available if we need him for any help or guidance with the bed.

We ordered a bare bones hospital bed when my husband broke his leg and it wasn’t doing the job so we called Sondercare to upgrade. They were able to accommodate a same day delivery and got the bed to us within a couple hours from the time we made the call. Seyar arrived with the bed and did an amazing job safely setting the bed up and showing my husband how to use it. It’s a huge upgrade from the standard hospital bed and my husband is so much for comfortable. Seyar was so great throughout the process, helping to move things in the room to best set up the bed, he sanitized the bed as he set it up, and even made it up with a fresh sheet. He made us feel really confident that we made a great choice to help support recovery at home. Thanks for a great experience!

My mom was being discharged from emergency and we needed a hospital bed as quickly as possible. Seyar from Sonder Care in Toronto made it happen that same day. It meant my mom could be transferred into a safe and comfortable be appropriate for her needs. The bed is great and the service was above and beyond.

I dealt with Seyar of Soundercare and was thoroughly impressed with his high level of professionalism and customer service that he provided. The bed itself is perfect for our aging father. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Soundercare and Seyar!
