Worst experience ever do not recommend Honestly left crying and having to go pay somewhere else for a removal and new set of nails, I did complain asked to fix but just kept getting worse :( and she charged me 80$ when she told me 55$ 😡 a full set is 60$ (I did explain what I wanted in the beginning and had photos ) 😭😭😭😭 I did not want to spend 2 hours for Hanna to try and fix what she messed up to begin with, I asked and showed exactly what I wanted and I did not get it and 80$!!!!!!! That’s insane Very upsetting

This place is everything you want from a nail salon! Friendly staff, care and attention taken to service, and CLEAN. Van and Hannah have both done my nails and I have loved the service both times. Wonderful shellac colours to choose from as well. I would highly recommend.

I struggled with posting this review since this is a small business and the owners are very hardworking. I’ve been to the salon 4 times but unfortunately, my last experience a few weeks ago was incredibly negative. I had booked an appointment for acrylic nails a week in advance for the first morning appointment of the day. However, it was oddly busy that morning (I think the salon opened earlier than normal) and there were already quite a few customers getting pedicures. I waited about 15 minutes after my appointment time, which was fine, as I knew it was busy. But the actual service itself was so rushed and stressful, it made me regret having stayed. Hannah (who was doing my nails) was very preoccupied and distracted with the other customers, and then 3-4 new people walked in, who she kept taking and prioritizing over my appointment. What was supposed to have been a 60 minute nail appointment ended up being 25 minutes because of the mad rush of accepting other customers. Hannah recognized this and offered me a small discount at the end but honestly, the experience could not be salvaged by that point (it didn’t help that she pressured me to pay before my nails were hardened and I still had oil all over the cuticles). I ended up still paying over $55 for incredibly rushed and rough service (she injured one of my nails twice, nearly to tears, because she was so harsh with the nail drill ) - and, not even a few days later, the acrylic started flaking off. I would have expected my appointment to take precedence over walk-in customers and honestly, if the salon didn’t have time to properly do it, I would have completely understood if she had told me right at the start as I could have simply come on another day. I hope this experience was a one-off given my previous appointments were not like this (but with Van, not Hannah). Sadly, this was a bad enough experience that I will not return and I hope my review can save others from having a similar experience!

My first experience at S.O. nails. It was nothing short of AMAZING!! Hannah and Van are so professional, kind and do the best pedicure. They spent 90 minutes and let me tell you the deluxe pedicure is heavenly. This will be my new spot. Cannot wait to see what they do will my finger nails! Thanks for such an amazing experience. :)

Highly recommend, very delicate and clean

I started getting my nails done here a few months after they opened their business at this location. Since the first time I tried while I was waiting for my husband’s haircut by Kay (they share the same salon), Ive been getting their service regularly and always loving my nails every time I look at them! The reason why I only go here is for such warm friendly service and professional output they provide I cant ask for more. I also even get to keep my own nails as they are (thickness wise) you know what I mean if you’ve got nails done a lot of times. If you havent tried this salon I highly recommend you do! 😊
