I would not recommend this law firm. My experience was extremely disappointing. The attorney showed little effort or urgency in handling my case, often seeming disinterested and unprepared. Additionally, the receptionist or phone representative was unprofessional—frequently talked over me and made communication frustrating. Overall, it felt like their main priority was how much money they could get, not the quality of service or care for their clients. I expected advocacy and support, but unfortunately, I felt neglected and undervalued.

Avoid at all costs! I hired Jim Solomos 10 years ago out of convenience because I lived around the corner from his practice. I paid him up front and to this day have not gotten anything but excuses and inuendo about my divorce. I provided a signature for a simple uncontested divorce. 10 years and countless calls and texts, nothing! I have no choice than to hire another attorney to repeat a process that should have taken a short time. Any thought of hiring him or any firm he is associated with should be reconsidered strongly.

The spouse was uncooperative, and did not appear in the case. When she did appear she was abusive and mean to our staff and refused to do the simplest tasks to complete the papers.
When it became apparent it was no longer uncontested, we sent letters to the client that where never answered. If the other side had cooperated all of this could have been avoided. A refund was offered.

Jimmy SOLOMOS is the WORST divorce lawyer. Strung us along for TEN YEARS! Lied constantly, took our money up front and did NOTHING. Come to find out from our new lawyer, that Jimmy never even filed the paperwork! It was excuse after excuse as to why he couldn’t take a simple uncontested divorce to finalization. Be prepared for a grievance filed with the Bar Association as well as hearing from our new attorney. Jimmy, if you’d like to go ahead and respond with a pitiful reply, we have All the receipts, saved texts, messages from the last ten years so go ahead and try. Ps. He also sent documents with the WRONG names on it. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a lawyer. ** edited to add: The name of the client is Raymond Collazo.

This gentleman hired us for an uncontested divorce. We prepared all his documents but the wife refused to sign. This gentleman then accused me of being against him in dozens of rambling texts and messages to my personal phone and office. He made all kinds of false ethnic and racist allegations. We offered him a refund and he signed a release. There is alot more to the story but I am constrained in what I can divulge. The allegations are false and unfounded.

He made a mistake in my name on my divorce papers and did not correct his mistake He tired me out for a simple divorce I will file a complaint with the bar association soon So that he does not steal people's money without completing his work

Where should I begin? Jimmy is cooperative with derrik and they always return calls however, get ready to be milked big time. I was represented by Lee who works for them. Lee at first was great-friendly even too friendly-awesome especially on papers. But when it comes down to the real stuff with judges?? He is gonna sold YOU out. I was doing the talk and the work for him. Do NOT pay them cash!!!!! CC only and let them fight to get your debt paid from the other party. Or 50-50 Wish I was smarter! They all tricked me and sold me out big time. (Sharkes) very Classic as a lawyer. They made me signed a messed deal without reading the agreement-no choice. Thankfully they did not ask to be paid more.(NOTHING to milk) after signing a one sided deal and I felt Lee was my ex wife lawyer not mine. I feel he betrayed me making a deal with the other party behind my back. Therefore the pre trial was free because they knew that I signed a bad terrible deal. EVERYTHING was taken away from me. Without going to details- Jimmy- Derrik-Lee I will never ever forgive you and there’s a Devine justice. You guys will PAY sooner or later and I will hunt you down in your thoughts till the end of your last breath for ruining my life and my kids life for not doing your job and not caring.

We don't know who this is, so we can't reply to the allegations. Suffice it to say, our clients are thoroughly prepared for any settlement, usually after a judicial conference, and ultimately they decide whether to settle or to have a trial. Mr. Lee is a seasoned attorney with thousands of hours of court practice. As far as our fees, we take pride in being very fair and reasonable with our attorney fees. If this is a true review, it appears to be a case of buyers' remorse and not a reflection of our services.
