Extremely unprofessional actions and behavior put not only myself, but our child and my wife at risk of harm. I would not recommend using this company as they don't follow basic laws or practices that are common industries standards. We are extremely dissatisfied and would highly encourage you to explore other companies to work with. Best of luck...you won't find that luck here working with Solid Serve Legal so keep looking...

In many cases, the individuals we interact with during a service are not the clients who hired our firm, and the situations involved can understandably be stressful. Regardless, our team is trained to conduct all services safely, lawfully, and respectfully.

When it comes to process service, I can’t say enough good things about Solid Serve Legal and Tea Godfrey. She was professional, responsive, dedicated, thorough, and both time and money-conscious. Diligent: Although the person I needed served had avoided Oregon’s Clackamas County Sheriff’s department for weeks, Tea got the job done within a matter of days, tracking the person down and literally leaving their mouth hanging open that someone had finally managed to serve them. Client Updates: Along the way, SolidServe Legal kept me punctually updated as a client, providing sound documentation of her visits, attempts and successful service, which included in that communication GPS coordinates, photos, commentary and date, time and other important information. I tried to be as helpful as possible by providing them all the information I had to assist in them trying to find the person, and to their commendation what I provided was carefully and thoughtfully utilized. Price: While she was a very slight bit more expensive than other options, she was worth every dime. My advice: Spend the money, and get the job done right. It’s worth it. Follow-up: Tea was very professional, responsive and timely in filing the service paperwork with the County Circuit Clerk and judiciary. This is important, especially when you’re trying to get the slow-moving wheels of Justice to turn. I can’t say enough good things about her and her process service and process serving business. I gladly give Solid Serve Legal and Tea Godfrey 5 stars and worth every one.

I am impressed and delighted with Tea’s communication and service. I found her on google and was drawn in by the positive reminder views and the fact that it’s a women owned business to support. She was so prompt with her communications and did what I was beginning to think wasn’t possible (sheriffs office struck out several times) in two days by successfully serving an elusive houseless person. Her descriptions and photos that she provides after every service attempt were comforting on knowing that she was on the right track and getting closer.
