I wish i could give zero stars. This company does not show up on time, have lack of communication, take forever to complete a project and does not instill confidence in there workmanship.
Currently, I am dealing with this company and I have had nothing positive from my solar placement. I was told that this project should take no longer than 2 weeks, however we are going on a month and a half. It has been one excuse after another with this company. First, they sent some guys to do the panel placement and they showed up hours late. They started placing the equipment on my new metal roof and the weather changed. They did not complete the panel placement due to the roof becoming slick and dangerous. They said they would be back the next day to complete the panel placement. I said okay because they did not need me to be there. Well, the staff did not show up to complete the task as promise. The financial company and sales person had to reach out to them to get someone to complete that task. No apologies for their tardiness however they stated because of the weather they were behind on all of their projects. Again not my problem. Promise made, promise not kept.
Again the financial company continue to call to get the progress of the set-up and I told them it seems as if the company completely stop working. Again the financial company contacted them and they sent some workers to my home to start the electric hook up of the system. Again, the workers were over 2 hours late. When they started attaching electrical boxes and poles to the home, they had to stop and take everything down and move it because they did not go by JEA standards. Well, it took them over a week and a half to send someone back to my home to restart the setup. This group show up late again and missed the inspection by JEA to shut the power off. Also, the so called electrician bent my brand new electrical box and placed multiple holes in my brick. Since the electrician was late showing up at my home, he was caught by the rain and stated he would be back to complete the rest. Again, he was a no show.
The financial company called again to ask if the project was complete and I told them no. Then I received a text message from the company stated the electrician would be coming back to complete the hook-up. Again the electrician showed up late again. This time I asked the electrician why he does not show up on time and he reply "oh I didnt know we had to show up on time and I'll make sure to make a note of it". I was totally shocked that he had the audacity to say that. I told his manager and she said she would talk to him.
So after the completion of the hook up, I showed things that I thought needed to be fixed before inspection and again the electrician stated he would be back to fix it before inspection. Again, he didnt show back to my home to finish and the company fail the inspection. They fail an inspection 3 times and I currently have and inoperable system that I am paying for. Beware using this company!!!!!!!!!!!
This company is a complete joke
They installed a new panel for us and we haven’t had it operate normally since
A tech came out and had 0 idea what he was doing and when he left the situation was actually made worse.
Now we have 0 working solar panels and this company hasn’t sent anyone else back out to fix it.

I’m writing this review to bring attention to a deeply troubling experience with the owner of Solcium Solar, a solar company that I had once hoped to grow with as a sales representative. Unfortunately, despite fulfilling my responsibilities and successfully closing deals, I was never paid the commission I rightfully earned.
Over the course of several months, the owner made multiple verbal and written promises assuring me that my commissions were being processed and that payment would be issued shortly. Each promise was followed by delay after delay, and ultimately, no payment was ever made. These empty assurances not only violated our agreement but caused me to endure significant financial hardship. I had trusted the owner’s word and planned my personal finances based on what I was owed—money that I never received.
This experience has been both professionally and personally damaging. It’s incredibly disheartening to work hard, meet expectations, and be treated with such disregard. I strongly caution anyone—whether you’re considering working with this company as a contractor, employee, or even a customer—to think twice about doing business with someone who fails to act with honesty and integrity.
Fair treatment and timely compensation are not just professional expectations—they are basic ethical obligations. Unfortunately, this company and its leadership have fallen far short on both.
Additionally, I must strongly disagree with Solcium’s recent statement suggesting that our organization participated in harmful or unlawful sales practices. This accusation is both unfounded and misleading. It’s important to clarify that I worked under two separate organizations during my time collaborating with Solcium. The organization I currently represent has zero unsatisfactory jobs or clawbacks connected to it. Any issues that may have existed in the past are unrelated to my current business, which has operated with integrity and transparency from day one.
It’s unfortunate that instead of resolving the matter responsibly, Solcium Solar has chosen to deflect blame and make inaccurate claims. I hope this review encourages the company to honor its commitments and handle its partnerships with the professionalism that customers and partners alike expect.

Specifically, your sales practices were found to have targeted vulnerable individuals—resulting in both legal exposure and substantial financial losses for our company. We continue to reach out to these customers, spanning the last several months, to rectify and support their projects with no assistance from your team; our most important obligation remains to the homeowners impacted by your team and wrongful sales practices.
To date, Solcium Solar has not received funding on many of the jobs generated by your sales team. In fact, two customers you enrolled were fully clawed back by Sunnova due to findings that they were misled during the sales process; these two cases alone resulted in a confirmed $58,110 loss for Solcium Solar as well as a lawsuit. Supporting documentation for these clawbacks, along with the lawsuit which incurred additional legal fees and reputational harm, were provided to you in writing on February 23rd.
As outlined in our mutually executed Master Services Agreement (MSA), it is clear that these outcomes are not only the responsibility of your organization, but may also entitle Solcium Solar to pursue reimbursement for commissions paid—minus the clawback amount already absorbed by us.

Have had nothing but issues since hiring Solcium to install solar at my home. Mistake after mistake starting with underquoting my home and over promising on work, production, and policy. So many issues I had Gustavo Panosso the CEO take my project on personally after previously dealing with several other staff including the extremely hostile Barbara Gritter. Nobody takes issues seriously or responds in a reasonable time. They will claim they are monitoring production just to buy time but when things go wrong and you are paying more on your electric bill than you did before the install they mysteriously are unavailable and don’t answer calls, texts, or emails. Michelle Solano is no different. I am still having issues with production not matching what I was promised and was told they aren’t going to do anything to fix it and that Gustavo is indefinitely unavailable. I advise everyone to steer clear of these scam artists. To this day, if you call customer support their phone system will hang up on you and you can only reach someone occasionally if you choose to speak to sales. A HUGE red flag that all they care about is money, not their customers. If you make the mistake of signing with them, cancel immediately! They only give you roughly a 48 hour period for a refund and then have to fight the financing company to close the account and get it off your credit report.
30 Year warranty LIES
Ryan Floyd sold me on the system I purchased with the 30 year warranty. I said that I was concerned about the 30 year warranty as it is known for these type of companies to go out of business making the warranty useless. Ryan promised me that the 30 year warranty is also covered by an outside insurance company so even if Solcium goes out of business then this so called insurance company would still cover the promises.
I had to keep bugging Alexandria to get the team back and finish up the install. The team left without inspecting the work. The system did not work 100% and took three months for them to come and finally resolve it. The problem was wiring connections so a simple job checkout before leaving could have resolved this day 1.
The system is now working good so far but even if it does not they wont call me as I had to notify them that it was not working properly the first time. I still do not have my insurance for the 30 year warranty..... which I paid for.
I had a phone call a few weeks ago explaining to me that they made a mistake and cannot fulfill the insurance to guarantee I will still be covered if Solcium goes out of business between now and then.
I paid all the monies upfront...... HUGE MISTAKE!!!

11/28/23 - I emailed all my issues including 9 panels not working
After many phone calls and emails...... 1/15/24 they finally wired the panels properly
Giving updated on receiving my final packet is non-existent. I received a phone call a few weeks back about getting a check sent to me in a few days from that call because they could not hold their end of the promise...... I received nothing
Update:
I have increased my star status as of 5/6/25. Solcium may not provide the 30yr warranty insurance as promised but they did refund me a portion for not being able to provide it. I also had an issue with my system a couple months ago and Solcium came out the next day to resolve the issue. Issue was resolved that day and working great!!
Next question..... would I buy this again? Yes, I would! out of 12 months I pay 2 months of power and 10 months of just a meter charge. That is pretty good considering I do heat my pool/hot tub
The process was quick and easy, and best of all they were not pushy at all. They came over, gave me the required information, and waited for me to decide to move forward. The installation was painless and quick. They kept me addressed every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Solcium Solar to anyone interested.
Update 10/12/2024- they are impossible to get ahold of to try to get some work done after installation. I do not recommend them.
Update 04/02/2025- they have reached out and apologized for the delay in getting back to me. They have sent people out to come check out my concerns. I’m good to go and am happy. The system was not ever a problem as it produces more than enough energy. My gripe was getting service after. I’m happy.

Solcium Solar provided a detailed description of the install and what to expect as time progresses. To date (2 years) everything mentioned by Michelle was 100% accurate, they started the install on time and finished ahead of schedule. All the values (cost, production etc) told to us during the sales process were accurate and no upselling. I would highly recommend Solcium Solar to anyone considering it.
