I was thrilled to finally get solar panels installed on my roof and have a battery fitted for continuous power in our Hialeah home. Collin, Jamie, and Erik from the SolarWorks Innovations' team did an excellent job with permitting, liaising with the local utility, and installing the maximum number of panels on my two-story metal roof to optimize solar production, even though the most sun-exposed part of the roof, the south side, is shaded. The only issue I encountered was the extended duration it took to get the system up and running, which seemed to be a result of the high demand outpacing their installation capabilities. However, they were prompt in addressing a problem we found with one of the four components of the 10kW battery not functioning and the system not communicating via wifi. They quickly arrived onsite to troubleshoot and resolve the issues with the technical team over the phone. I have expressed the need for a push alert system for immediate notification when the monitoring software is not receiving data, so any issues can be promptly identified and corrected. I have recommended their services to others, as they have proven to be a reliable and trustworthy company for solar power and battery installation.

The team demonstrated a high level of responsiveness, though at moments, there could have been a bit more polish in their professionalism. Initially, there was a push for early payment before the solar installation, but after some discussion, we agreed to release 95% of the payment following completion. The installation process hit a minor snag due to a missing breaker, which I was informed was already installed. Believing in their word, I released the full payment, only to discover later that the installation was incomplete. However, the team at SolarWorks Innovations swiftly rectified the situation the very next day by installing the necessary breaker. This prepared us for the final inspection. There was a slight communication gap when we received the Permission to Operate (PTO) letter from the utility company. It was I who had to bring it to the team's attention. It took an additional ten days to set up the monitoring system on my phone. However, I took proactive steps and activated the breaker switch and panel switches as soon as I received the PTO email. This allowed me to generate a minimum of 600 KW that would have otherwise been wasted post-installation. While the team showed great responsiveness and ability to correct mistakes, there is room for improvement in their professionalism and communication. However, the experience overall was positive, and the team's commitment to rectify issues swiftly was commendable.

You can't hope for anything superior. Collin, the head of the team, will be present throughout your solar installation project, providing hands-on leadership. He sets a great example for his team of solar installers, a quality that is always admirable. Observing the entire process, I was impressed with his excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. Collin and his team are readily available to address any queries you may have and maintain transparency throughout the entire process. Their efficiency was evident, indicating a well-established system and a team that has been working together for a significant amount of time. They completed the job, cleaned up the area before leaving, and managed to finish the task in roughly half a day. The solar installation has been functioning perfectly since the completion (approximately six weeks ago). Collin remained responsive to my follow-up queries even after the installation was completed. So, considering all the above factors, I would STRONGLY endorse their services to my relatives, friends, and everyone reading this review. Following numerous consultations and receiving countless estimates from various providers, my spouse and I made the decision to choose a solar installer for our renewable energy transition. We had made the correct decision. We had no prior knowledge about solar power or solar energy, but we gained a wealth of knowledge through this process. Every step was dealt with professionally and promptly. They started with a drone survey, followed by proposal and contract discussions, design iterations, and finally the installation and inspection. All these steps were nothing short of perfect. What we appreciated most was their quick response time. They were always available to answer any of our queries. The craftsmanship of the solar installer, Bernard, was top-notch. Not only was the work done efficiently, but the end result was aesthetically pleasing as well. It almost resembled a beautifully designed piece of art. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this company to anyone beginning their journey with solar power in Hialeah.

i put off writing this review until i was sure that the planned 3.6 kW, twelve panel, one inverter, solar setup was functioning as expected. take note, a 25-year warranty is typical for the twelve panels. the system is also expandable to include either an electric vehicle charging station or a battery storage unit. monitoring of the SolarEdge system comes as standard. i signed the initial contracts in the middle of 2019. the solar setup was installed on two sections of my roof towards the end of 2019. final inspections and approvals were done in early 2020. next, the two-meter installation was done by Xcel Energy, who also gave the go-ahead to turn on the solar setup. i had a great experience with the Xcel installation tech - she was fantastic and took me through the entire system, answering all my questions. collin and bernard from the team were always ready to answer my questions and emails in a timely and polite manner. my only critique is the length of time it took to move the project from the first step (site audit) to the fifth (inspection) - four months. the installation team is split into two groups: the installers and the electrician. all the employees i interacted with were professional, very respectful, called before arrival, and cleaned up after each visit. the courtesy of onsite check-ins and check-outs was appreciated. the team handled all of the Xcel Energy's Net Metering paperwork and complied with Xcel Energy's request to decrease my solar setup size from 4.5kW (15 panels) to 3.6kW (12 panels). the setup has been operating perfectly since it was turned on. it's producing more power than i'm currently using. overall, i'm happy with my decision to go with this solar installer for my green energy upgrade.

Choosing the right firm for your home solar panel installation can be nerve-wracking, given the multitude of options in terms of companies, panels, and designs. I reached out to friends with home solar systems and two of them strongly endorsed SolarWorks Innovations. I had consultations with five firms in total, but I instantly knew that this was the one I wanted to go with. Jamie, the owner, patiently explained everything to me. He was approachable, transparent, and reasonable about what I needed and what I should avoid, without attempting to make me buy more. They took care of all city permits prior to installation, which was quicker than anticipated. I hadn't realized how complex solar installation could be. They spent three full days on my roof, installing, verifying, and tidying up. The team, including Bernard and Collin, was industrious, polite, and always available to answer my questions while on the job. They were extremely knowledgeable about the system and made time for me during and after the installation. It's been over a year since the system was activated and it still runs as smoothly as on day one. After experiencing heavy rain earlier this year, I was concerned about potential roof leaks. I inspected every inch of my attic with a flashlight and it was completely dry. The job was executed impeccably in Hialeah. A round of applause to them for their work.

Collin from SolarWorks Innovations helped us optimize our solar energy generation by installing additional panels. He got in touch after seeing my comment on an online forum, promising to evaluate our situation and provide suitable suggestions. He addressed my numerous technical queries and did some research when he was unsure of the answers. Despite a few hiccups and delays due to communication difficulties with the corporate team, the project was eventually completed successfully. Collin represented us effectively to the project managers, resolving issues and delays caused by personnel changes. The installation of the 'window' in our tile is impressive and leak-free. Although Collin is a salesperson, he was honest and clear when discussing various options, pros and cons, and the different financing and purchase versus PPA choices. The project was carried out in Hialeah.
