Fast and quick service! Got here around 10:30am and waited about 45min. We got the galbi patty melt and their breakfast sandwich. Also plus the matcha latte and banana oat matcha drink. The total was about $32.

I ordered an E***es chair from Sohnne and it did not come the way that I ordered it, I got connected with ****** from Sohnne and over a week or so we got our situation resolved, he was a great guy to work with, if you ever have an issue with Sohne ****** is the person to speak with,. Great guy as well!
Appalling customer service and shipping. I ordered my couch a long time ago and was told it would take 5-6 weeks for it to be made and sent. Later I was told 3 weeks ago that my couch was going to be shipped immediately only for them to tell me they didn’t ship it until last week and now have an updated timeline of 5-6 weeks. This is utterly insane. I ordered my couch in early August and it looks like it’s going to take 3 months instead of the 3 week I was told! A support person offered to expedite for an increased price and when I responded saying I wanted to do so they ignored me so I assumed it had already been shipped, but like I said earlier they had been doing nothing with it for 3 weeks! I’m legitimately thinking this company is a scam and will never send my couch.

I purchased the ****** Console from Sohnne. I had hoped to buy the original, but the cost was out of reach, so after a lot of research I decided to order from Sohnne. While I noticed a few quality issues during assembly, the finished piece is outstanding for the price, definitely a 5-star return on investment.The real test came when one of the cabinet doors arrived defective. My heart sank at the thought of returning such a heavy, bulky piece of furniture. But after I sent photos to Sohnne, they immediately FedExed me a replacement part. I also called customer service three times, and each time a real person picked up right away. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and *********** I have a beautiful ****** Console, a positive experience to match, and the confidence to order from Sohnne again. I ordered a beautiful Bauhaus chair, but due to a miscommunication, I asked Sohnne to cancel my order and refund my money. I',m very pleased with the quality and look of the chair and ottoman ordered. There was some confusion about the delivery date and white glove service coordination. The item arrived after the white glove service person came, waited and left. I was not aware that the delivery people would only bring the huge boxed package into the lobby of my building. I had to give a large tip to the delivery people to bring the item into the elevator and up to the 18th floor. Fortunately, we discovered the chair and ottoman were already assembled. When I alerted customer service that the white glove service was not used they kindly reimbursed me the cost of the service. Alls well that ends well. Thank you.
Avoid this company at all costs.
I paid over £2,700 for a sofa, plus £236 for “White Glove Delivery” — which, at the time of purchase, was clearly advertised as in-home delivery and assembly. Instead, the sofa was dumped on the pavement without notice, while I was away, like rubbish. It was left outside for anyone to take and for the rain to damage — not even a call or message. It took 2 days for me to be informed of the delivery - by the downstairs business for whom the boxes were blocking access to their premises and caused a safety hazard. They had to move the boxes themselves to their back office to regain access.
For over 2.5 weeks, I’ve been chasing them to get the sofa moved and assembled. They scheduled multiple teams to come — no one ever showed up. They stopped responding, ignored messages. I had to cancel personal travel and stay in London just to babysit the issue. I’m a 1.6m woman living alone on the 2nd floor — the sofa is in three boxes weighing 50kg each. The in-flat delivery and assembly was essential to my purchase, I wouldn't have bought the sofa knowing it would be delivered on the pavement. Sohnne clearly changed the terms of their “white glove” service after I ordered, with no notification, which is a breach of contract and failure to deliver services paid for under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To this day, i still don't have a sofa. The boxes are now stored in the downstairs business’ back office — and they may charge me for using their space. Sohnne won’t take responsibility.
I’ve opened a complaint with PayPal for a full refund.
Note that Sohnne isn’t registered with the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO) or any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. It means: they don’t want to be held accountable, they can’t be forced into independent mediation. This is a major red flag.
If you value your time, your home, or your sanity — shop elsewhere.
Edit: Since leaving this review, Sohnne has contacted me multiple times, including through my private phone number, to pressure me into removing or changing the review. They also offered a free product in exchange. This is unwanted, coercive, and violates Google’s policy on honest, independent reviews.
