Society and Chris Aylward in particular have been amazing at providing guidance throughout the home buying process, and a pleasure to work with. Information is discussed clearly and responses are immediate in nature. The degree of professionalism is superb. Society is great, but Chris deserves a raise for his solid contributions to his clients. We haven't found the perfect home just yet due to my own needs, but I am confident in Society and Chris's ability to serve them once that home is found.
Ben and Sarah are very attentive. Response time for communication is excellent. They move quickly and efficiently with processing of my loan. They are there to answer any concerns or questions I may have throughout the process. They explain things plainly so I can understand. If I ask the same question they will explain it until I get a clear understanding.

I was mid sentence with the loan officer and he decided to hang up on me. Couldn't even fully explain my situation or ask questions.

Our experience with this company was horrible. After 4 months of being strung along. ( Oct 2025 - Feb 2026) After months of we need more information that we have given a dozen times and what did us in was 2 hard credit checks in one day that did not need to be done. And every month wanting to extend the contract ( I guess that's how they make their money )We lost our dream house and we fired them . And that's after we lost thousands of dollars that we will not get back. So I suggest you walk no RUN far from this company.
My experience with Society Mortgage was wonderful. My loan officer Corry Warren was always in communication and walking me through every step of the way! Corry really knows his job. I would recommend society mortgage to all my family and friends.

I got approved for a loan for a house, was in the last stage and ready to close. Everything went to underwriting and last minute they say I have too many debts! Not only that I have been calling them for 3 days now and NO answer. Oh and on top of all of it they didn't even call and tell me, they made my realtor. They told my realtor they called and told me the news but nope. Way to go! This mom's life of owning a home and having something for her kids was over at that moment.
