I have been working with Alfredo now for about three weeks and he has been very helpful and efficient at getting us pre-approved for an FHA loan. My texts to him are always answered in an appropriate amount of time. I am looking forward to finding just the right home and have not had to put any funds upfront so far and see no reason to. I anticipate that the closing of our new home, when we find it, will be smooth and without complications.

Started working with John back in November 2023. Wasn’t 100% ready to pull trigger and he understood but helped me out the best he can. 1 year later when I was ready gave him a call started off where we stopped at. One thing really liked about John was his personality and willingness to help me out. The year I was in limbo he always kept In touch with me and he made the process so easy for me my wife and I. His knowledge was on my opinion top tier when it came to the pre approval and approval. Here we are now close to signing our dream home. We really admired his personality and straight forwardness, he’s the kind of guy you want to invite over to your bbq! If it’s your first time buying a home hands down John Meredith is your guy!

As I neared the end of the process, I worked with Taylor, who was an excellent communicator. Whenever she needed anything, I made sure to get it to her right away.
