Andrew and Miranda were awesome. There was times I got discouraged and Andrew said "I am gonna get you your home just trust me". I now have my forever home with 3 granddaughter s that have never lived in a house. Thank you both for working so hard for our dream.
I wouldn’t recommend. Gave my personal info & a hard inquiry was put on my credit only to be ghosted by Michelle. Unprofessional. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

***WARNING*** They lie to me about working with the USDA loans Government as being part of the government. The person I spoke with Connor even told me they were the Government's favorite, and later found out they are NOT even affiliated with them. I gave my social security to the wrong person/Connor M. who ran my credit with Transunion. I've contacted Transunion who told me to report them to the Trade Commissioner Department if they refused to remove the inquiry from my credit report and to report it as "FRAUD". Now, I have to dispute it because Society Mortgage is NOT willing to help me. I've contacted Connor many times to try to resolve this and requested to speak with a supervisor, but I haven't heard from anyone. No surprise there, because they have been DISHONEST with the customer from the beginning. Please be VERY CAREFUL doing business with this type of companies. Make sure you go to USDAloans.gov, instead of "USDAloans.com". Don't follow for the SCAM, like I DID!!! :(:(:(

Why to hire/pay extra fees to a third-party company to do an USDA loan?
Well, when I asked the same question to the loan officer/Connor that I spoke with, he couldn't answer. That's exactly my point!

This has NOTHING to do with my credit score or profile like you said. I am still buying at house but NOT with YOU... Thank God!

Hi Laura, thank you very much for bringing this experience to our attention. It is a CREFCO policy to return all calls and emails within 24 business hours, we have spoken with both of the involved parties to ensure that this does not occur again.
LIARSSS, just as I mentioned in my review above. I requested to speak with a supervisor over week ago and I am still waiting on the phone call. It's happened again.... LMAOOOOOO

We apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication that there may have been with our Loan Officer. We are not and never have been affiliated with USDA or the federal government, we do however specialize in USDA loans. During the loan process we must retrieve a credit report, unfortunately we are not always able to get someone pre-approved due to the overall credit profile. We have spoken with the Loan Officers supervisor to ensure that he understands our internal policies and procedures.

Jacob Harper was great. Started working with him in Late January/ early February for an FHA Home Loan. Able to pre-approve me and have the underwriting process underway. Tamea, was extremely professional throughout the entire process and knowledgeable of what needed to be done in order to get the file to close. Alexis Gonzalez and the rest of the team at Society made the home buying process really simple (or as simple as it can get, lol) and very clear on what was needed, when needed and overall the process was very simple from clear communication and really going above and beyond.
