Exceptional! Jeff and Jess are great negotiators! They have made me money in real estate by protecting my sale price when selling and have always negotiated a good purchase price. Over a period of nearly 15 years they have helped me with seven real estate transactions. Each time I specified what I wanted and Jeff and Jess delivered more than I expected. Highly recommend.
