I think it's a shame when a service person shows up and then informed me SMW only checks on one unit in the spring and one unit in the fall! Shame on me for not understanding that! $1,425 is outrageous to pay and this year alone it was $285 for service that took about 10 to 15 minutes! I just called & canceled this service with Don (who answered the phone)! We're done! SMW can refund my money on the card that was used to begin with!
Scott McFarland was all about business! He was quick and quiet with the work. He talked at our level and helped us understand a few improvements down the road. We’re “family club” members so there was no charge for a pre-winter checkup. All good. Scott was great!

It’s hard to believe that we’ve had our maintenance agreement for almost 10 years with SMW. They’ve been great to work with! Making sure to schedule our semi annual check ups - which I appreciate! Any issues they are here within 24 hours and when the AC goes in the summer, it’s a great relief!
Came early wasn’t trying to up sale just reassured us of a potential issue that was ok
