David Rodriquez recently performed the furnace maintenance at our home and at our Son’s and Daughter’s homes. He took his time inspecting our Units, and he was very patient when we asked him a number of questions. He listened to our concerns and offered robust and valid recommendations. He is a great example of SMW’s ability to hire excellent technicians that instill confidence in the company and would always be trusted to do the right thing. David is an outstanding SMW employee who provides quality service!!
Az is HOT with forecasts of 120s in a week. Original AC on last legs. Spoke with SMW and they sent technician (Mark) to see system, confirming my analysis of a slow coolant leak. Ordered new system and scheduled for Wednesday. SMW sent technician (Bryan) early Tuesday to add coolant and give us some relief. New system installed Wednesday by two professional technicians (Joe and Austin). Spent first cool night in weeks. Had AC system installed on another house last December. SMW is very competitive with professional technicians. Highly recommend them.
Had trouble with 2nd HVAC (provided by another company). Problem was clogged drain lines, quickly diagnosed and repaired. Chad Simpson was courteous, professional and did a great job.

Summer nearly over and HVAC stopped cooling. SMW sent technician (Travis) who diagnosed the problem. Ordered replacement part and Fidel installed. HVAC up and running.

These guys love to “suggest”’parts you need and then extremely overcharge you for them. For example they told me I need a new capacitor that was going to cost me $285 and that was with a membership with them even though that same part at Home Depot or Amazon is only at most a $75 part. They always find items for you to purchase or upgrade even if the tech that serviced you house the year before found nothing. DO NOT USE THEM.

Regarding our recommendations, our job is to perform a thorough safety inspection. The drain overflow safety switch we recommended is not present in your attic and is a crucial, preventative measure to protect your home from potentially thousands of dollars in water damage should the drain line ever clog.

Love SMW! We have the bi-annual warranty on our 2 a/c units . Totally recommend everyone to get it. The units are very expensive and in Arizona we need our good air conditioners for the summer . SMW always sends out a great technician who knows the best for our house a/c. David Rodriguez was just at my house today and he was VERY thorough and showing me all he was doing. We have 2 HALO LED'S which I highly recommend in AZ to have. They help keep dust down within the house. Helps with our healthy breathing needs. 2 thumbs up on SMW & will always renew our warranty with them. Good people work there! Thank you.
