AWFUL. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed with my Invisalign treatment here. I had braces as a teenager and had two shifted teeth that I wanted fixed. Over 2 years later and I’m still in the treatment. The aligners they gave me made my teeth slightly better but the refinements have made them worse. Literally feels like they’re just moving my teeth around aimlessly but never to the correct spot. Don’t seem like they are taking my care seriously at all. There was even a 6 month wait between refinements where they needed to make molds, then scan, then photos, very disorganized. Then my treatment changed doctors halfway through. Really wanted to leave a 5 star review as the desk and insurance staff has been nice but I would NOT recommend doing Invisalign here to anyone after my experience. I only went here because it was the only place that took my insurance. Feeling frustrated and so sick of wearing the trays when it should have been a 6-12 month treatment MAX. 2 years in and still not aligned. I am paid in full and still need more refinement trays AGAIN. The company they use for the aligners is called 3D predict (it’s not brand name Invisalign ) and is very disappointing to say the least. Currently being stringed along yet again and transferred my care to yet another doctor. Absolutely no continuity or sense of immediacy to the care. I as the patient just have to take endless days off to come into the office and get rescanned, pick up new trays every 4 weeks and trust that the next trays will be improved when the last trays did the opposite. FRUSTRATING.

I had a pleasant visit here. It was a quick and efficient visit. The check in was easy and they were able to figure out what was causing my gum pain almost immediately.

Had a emergency and worked me in very conveniently on a Saturday morning which is unheard of with dentist offices. Extremely friendly, straight forward and great staff! Very glad I found this place. Look forward to working with them!
