I bought A.C. York from All Year Cooling, I was told it covered for 10 years parts and labor, 1 year after my a.c. giving warm air, I called they asked $295 to fix it, I asked what about 10 years parts/labor warranty, they told me a supervisor will call me, it has been more than 2 weeks, I kept calling, no call back from All Year Cooling. Not a good company.

I don't know where to begin, but my advice is to stay clear of this company. They have been draining our finances with repeated visits to fix the same issue at our home in Fort Lauderdale. Enough is enough. They claimed to have fixed a leak, left, and days later, the leaking started again, prompting another service call, which costs us more money. Now they say it's a different problem. We received a quote, paid for the service call and the supposed repair, only for them to leave and have the same issue resurface days later.
A friend of mine, who has been an HVAC technician in the Midwest for 30 years, was visiting and checked the system. He discovered that someone had disconnected a line. He reconnected it in just 15 minutes! It's been about three weeks now, and we haven't had any issues since.
My sister used SMC for two years at this home we inherited, and they were never able to resolve the problems she encountered. Thanks to an honest Midwestern HVAC friend--he resolved two of the issues in no time and which he feels one of them was not resolved intentionally, which is sad and goes to show that some businesses are okay with scamming senior citizens.
Jules and Marcos came together to fix low airflow issue they adjust the system cleaned filters and left everything running good very happy with the service
