No co-ordination between the company and the contractors. Better to deal with the contractors directly. Worst service.

From the outset, we requested clear images of all areas of damage so we could provide an accurate quotation. The initial photos supplied did not show the full extent of the bumper damage, and when additional areas were later identified, this understandably affected the scope and price of the repair.
We would also like to say that our team is always here to help and will go above and beyond to find solutions for our customers. However, we do expect communication to remain respectful. On this occasion, some of the interactions with our staff fell below the standard of respect we expect when supporting our customers.
Our role is to coordinate the process from quote through to completion, ensuring customers are protected with vetted technicians, insured work, and a warranty on paint repairs. Dealing directly with independent contractors may sometimes appear simpler, but it removes those safeguards and the support structure we provide.
