My residential sidewalk replacement project was done efficiently and professionally. The results are as good as I hoped them to be. These guys did an amazing job for me. They completely removed an old set of broken cement stairs and two crumbling stucco and brick walls leading down into our basement through our backyard. They also poured new cement in a third of our backyard and built a beautiful retaining wall/ledge. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner, all during Covid and using appropriate PPE and safety standards. A small issue arose which was handled quickly and professionally. Most importantly, it looks fantastic and is definitely an upgrade for our backyard!

We had a great experience working with Smart General Contracting this spring. We had several different needs for our brick home exterior (waterproofing, repointing, new stucco installed, lintel replacement, new gutters installed etc) and all the work was performed to our expectations and the finished result looks great. The teams were thorough and friendly and paid attention to detail, and the owner was very responsive and accommodating to our input and we felt that he really cared about doing a good job for his clients. We will definitely use Smart General again in the future and very much appreciated the partnership throughout the project.

They were very organized and clean when they performed the work. Communication was excellent when I contacted the owner, he responded quickly when i called or text him. Smart General construction is the best. They fixed my front yard which was cracked and used pavers for outside, repaired my side walk and transformed my steps. They took my old front yard and made it into a brand new yard. I love it.
