Easy to use, good value, but lacks a few features Overall: My overall experience with hospitable good. The only reason I changed to use a different PMS was because we are a growing property management company and needed more features to support that. I would recommend them to anyone self managing or someone that has a few properties. Pros: Hospitable is extremely easy to learn. It only took me a few days to get the hang of it. Also the cost is only about $50 per month. So it was good value. They also have good phone support. Cons: The biggest issue with using hospitable is that they don't have as many features and integrations as of the larger companies. But if you're only managing if you properties it's probably fine.

Better than a real life property management company! Overall: We switched to hospitable when we were having a terrible experience with our property management company. Hospitable immediately brought us less stress, made us feel confident in managing our rental ourselves, and has features that have allowed us to "up our game" in the short term rental industry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Pros: It is super easy to use and incredibly reliable. It helps us craft personalized communication that we are getting great feedback from guests about. Cons: There is currently no con I have experienced yet with working with hospitable. It is better than the property management company we previously used.

Cheap but very unreliable Pros: They have more features and the competition and they are still cheaper for small accounts. I think that sums up their pros. Cons: Some of their features simply don't work, so you're not getting what you're paying for. Some are very core features like autoamted messages or auto-syncing with Airbnb. Their support team is very bad. Their user interface is hard to navigate, both on mobile and computer.

Must have for BnB hosts. Overall: Lovely experience with a product offering a lot of features. Pros: It’s easy to use, affordable, and integrates well. It saves me a lot of time as a host. Cons: There isn’t anything to comes to mind that I dislike.

Automation we can't live without Overall: Hospitable has become an essential part of my property management business. Pros: Hospitable does an excellent job of managing short-term rental listings, calendars, and communications across multiple platforms. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. I love that their customer service is responsive, even for their lowest-tier subscribers. Cons: I love everything about Hospitable! I have requested several new features related to mid-term rental management (30+ day stays) that are currently missing, such as the ability to collect security deposits. I've been with Hospitable less than a year and at least 2 of these features have already moved forward into their development plan. Zero other companies who I've ever made suggestions to have ever moved forward with an idea, so I am impressed!

Great for your rental property Overall: I have loved the convenience of having both of my rental platforms in one central location. I love the AI response options because they can word everything much better than I can. Pros: The ease of having everything I need all in one central location. Cons: Sometimes it will disconnect your accounts and you have to reconnect them. But that has not happened in a while-so maybe that has been fixed.

The easiest STR PMS Pros: Ease of use, functionality, ease of setup Cons: Initially was missing functionality I was looking for in dashboards/reproting, but they quickly fixed it!

Excellent service Overall: I've been using Hospitable for more than a year, happy with their service, especially the CS, they are quick to reply my enquiries. Pros: Clear calendar layout and prices are updated in different platforms at the same time. Cons: When PriceLab is connected, price cannot be set on Hospitable as it will be overriden by the price from PriceLab.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Overall: Love it and worth the money not having to pay someone else to manage it for me. Pros: Love how easy they make my life. The platform works so well with managing all the channels to really make my life easier. Also love the AI feature to make me sound so much nicer in my emails. I do manage my property from 3000 miles away. Cons: I have one little glitch in the task area. I can't click on the circle to schedule a cleaner because it sends the wrong date but we did figure out that I can do it from the operations list and it is right.

Highly recommend Overall: It’s great! Very user friendly . Quick to get running and get the hang of . Pros: Hospitable makes it so easy to manage my STR remotely. The automated messaging and lock code changes are worth their weight in gold . This service saves me so much time and stress knowing it’s taken care of without me having to check every single booking . The review reminders and AI reviews also makes it a breeze to review guests. Calendar integration with air bnb is seamless and the notifications to my cleaning team keep us working in smooth order so a turn over is never missed . Cons: It would be amazing if they could have pricing software built in so I didn’t also have to use Pricelabs . Would rather have it all in one place .

Everything in one place! Overall: Overall positive experience and essential for multiple bookings. Pros: This is an easy to navigate platform and allows you to manage all your listings in one place, double booking is much less likely which is great. The customer support is incredibly helpful and kind. Cons: Subscription fees are pricey and there are occasional technical issue that can be disruptive, but that is pretty standard.

Hospitable = STR owners best friend Overall: Great! Very user friendly, love the how to videos. Pros: Guest communication features. User friendly. Cons: This one is tougher…the app kicks me out every so often and I have to resign in which can be annoying but so far that’s the only con I have.

Hospitable review Overall: Overall, I’ve been using this product for two years now and they continue to update and add new features that continue to make my business more efficient and streamlined. I recommend Hospitable to anyone looking for a solution for short term rental management. Pros: Hospitable has been critical in managing my calendar with multiple booking sites. The auto responses after bookings and inquiries saves so much time. I have created templates to send check-in instructions for each unit and Communication with the client is on auto pilot. Cons: I don’t have much bad to say about Hospitable. It has done everything I’ve needed.

Great channel management for less than the other guys. Pros: They offer comprehensive channel management at a fair price. My short term rental business is just a small percentage of my real estate investment portfolio. Without the proper management, it can be more work than all of the others combined. With Hospitable there is a learning curve, but once you dial it in, it's pretty much hands off of your hands on team is solid! Cons: Difficult to reach customer service. We are in different time zones and everything is done though chat. I have a substantial work life and trying to get issues resolved in the amount of time I have to devote to it was problematic at first. Obvious growing pains for me and Hospitable as well. I also don't appreciate that you can pay for upgraded customer service.

Must Have For Busy People Overall: It’s been a great investment to build and grow my property side business. Pros: I don’t have all day to work on my rental property. I have a full time job, a young family, and a million other things keeping me busy. Paying for hospitable is hands down how I’ve done so well with my vacation rental - I set it and (mostly) forget it and it makes me look polished, organized, and super responsive with my guests. It saves me so much time and keeps me from making mistakes. Cons: The learning curve. You do need to invest some time understanding all the functionalities on the front end. The price is also a bit high since I only have one property. I think the price keeps many people from using it.

Hospitable is an amazing channel manager Overall: Hospitable is amazing and I would recommend vacation rental managers to use it. Pros: Hospitable is easy to use, easy to learn and very user friendly. Cons: This software has changed how I manage my vacation rentals, I would highly recommend it.

Great PMS for STR Management! Pros: Hospitable was the very first software I incorporated into my business. I manage my own STRs and it has been instrumental in helping me automate reservation management and guest messaging. Super user friendly UI that's easy and intuitive for anyone to learn and implement into their business. The customer service is also super helpful with their responses! They even sometimes send over a screen record to help you understand and answer your questions. Overall, Hospitable is a great PMS and I highly recommend it for anyone in the business! Cons: Sometimes it takes more than 2-3 days for customer service to answer inquiries and it takes quite a while for bugs in their software to be investigated and resolved. I also wish Hospitable had more robust reporting.

Signed up for Free Trial, tried to import Airbnb - didn't work. Customer service ghosted me. Awful! Overall: Terrible, I haven't been able to use any of it and was ghosted after an initial 2 responses by their customer service chat. Pros: Nothing. I haven't managed to get anything to work yet, nor have a reasonable conversation with customer service Cons: I signed up to their free trial, thinking it looks like a good product. When importing my Airbnb listings, a glitch happened. So I contacted customer services. A person called [sensitive content hidden] initially responded in a few minutes, I explained the problem, then she asked for more informaiton which I provided. She then literally disappeared. I am sat there waiting like a lemon. It appears her shift must have ended. She had no intention of letting me know of course. So I sit there waiting for the next 45 minutes, writing to her asking if she is there and then after realising she left, I wrote again berating her for not telling me she was signing off. I am quite shocked at this level of ineptitude with a potential new client, firstly with the software and secondly with the customer service. How does this product have so many positive reviews? What am I missing here?

If a Customer Support Advocate has signed off for the day, your ticket should have gone into the general support queue for someone else to pick up the conversation.
