Great service and friendly staff. Helped me to fulfill my order. They didn't have to, but were nice enough to accommodate me. Even gave me a free sample of a special flavor soft serve they will be introducing in the near future. Very nice.

We as a business have paid them to fix our machine for our shop , charged alot of money and was not working again after 2 weeks , will try to manipulate and lie to you. That’s if you even get a reply lol. Do not believe, buy , rent or go near this business bunch of thieves. Have tried to contact over 50 times now calls messages and emails. Been over 2 weeks. But one day they will stuff over the wrong people then they will learn ….

Thieves , liars. Paid close to $1000 in repairs for a machine. Came back with the same problem 2 weeks later. Doesn’t answer any calls any messages. Do not trust, also has another company setup on the same address because other reviews also talk about how they are dodgy.

We used slushie co for our daughters Confirmation on the weekend and were so happy with it. We hired a twin slushie machine with coke and mango flavors. (Mango surprisingly more popular) and we had the chocolate fountain. (Photo shows only 2kg choc buttons melted and was alot). We had 34 people. It was easy to use and came with instructions on how to operate and clean the machines. Booking and payment process was easy and fantastic. I recommend using them and i will be using them again in the future for my hire needs.

Great customer service. I hired the double slushie machine for a party and it was easy to use, great flavours and I had the whole weekend to use it! I will hire one again for another event for sure!
