Exceptional service from the team, particularly, Jenny! I was having difficulties with my old CPAP machine and needed a replacement. Sleep Apnea Ireland responded to my enquiry immediately, and after a brief exchange I had a new machine in my hands within a few hours. Couldn't ask for more and at a very reasonable price too. Following a sleep study in the Galway Clinic it was determined that therapy (a CPAP Device) was an urgent requirement. It is a common belief that in any business transaction You look for 3 aspects: Quality, Service and Price….pick any 2 You cannot have all 3. My Consultant tendered the Company that would rent me a CPAP device, the Company would not easily facilitate an outright purchase. If I did want to purchase, it was in the region of €2400.00 . My business Partner found John and his Company on line, my business Partner and I, we both have Engineering and Software backgrounds and have extensive knowledge of Medical Devices. I rang John’s Office, a verbal quote was easily provided for outright purchase and an appointment to meet John, be instructed and be fitted with the Device was immediately arranged. I confirm; The Quality of the Device is 101%. The interface is VERY user friendly and my Consultant has instructed me how to monitor my sleep patterns nightly using the interface so I do not need to upload the data to him. The Price is 50% of any other provider. The Service, John has wholesome ethics and he has extensive experience on the CPAP Device, I am deeply grateful and satisfied. Somehow this transaction has broken the common business belief; I got all 3 aspects in this circumstance.
