Went there for the lip filler treatment. As per past reviews, also had to wait a total of 15-30mins before doctor consultation even after making an appointment. No noticeable difference after the lip filler treatment that cost $1059 before GST. I wouldn’t recommend going here for the lip filler. Very disappointing. Was being told 0.1mil was left for the next appointment probably to make you go back. Not even sure if 0.9ml was being used. Update: tried contacting them to ask how many ml was injected but no response even after repeated follow ups

Frustrating asking for more money Frustrating and unfair. If a treatment is marketed as effective, you’d expect at least some improvement—especially for that price. The fact that they’re asking for more money instead of standing by their service is a huge red flag. Did they provide any kind of refund policy or satisfaction guarantee when you first signed up? If not, you might consider leaving a review to warn others.

I’ve been to more than 5 different aesthetics clinic in the past for fillers , skin booster , hifu etc. Would say Dr Kelvin Chua’s skill is the best. Been having treatments and fillers with him for few years. Always had a great experience. Highly recommend the rejuran injections and filers with Dr Kelvin. You will love the results!!

I had a wonderful facial experience with Chai Ting, who is incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on treatments suitable for my skin condition. Mag also recommended products that are perfect for my sensitive skin. 👍🏻 May is an outstanding consultant whom I've trusted for years since my first visit to SL. She consistently offers great advice and has helped me maintain healthy skin. Dr Kelvin Chua is very experienced and knowledgeable doctor when comes to providing skin treatments and laser. Very friendly and approachable, gives very good advice to teach me how to care for my skin and gave good recommendations on the treatments suitable for my skin. I like Dr Kelvin Chua’d clinic assistant Lynn Liao too. She is a very caring, patient and kind lady. I feel exceptionally comforted to have her around during my treatments. When i have to go through intensive procedures, she makes sure i am distracted by patting me lightly on my arm and giving me ice pack to reduce the discomfort. Worst Treatment Terrible experience! They left obvious scars worse than my acne. Constantly pushed me to buy packages, even after I finished one. Once they got my money, they didn’t care anymore. They pressured me to prepay, promising flexibility for treatments, but the service was awful, and they showed no concern afterward.

Dr Kelvin Chua, his technician, Rehn, and the clinical assistants, the coordinator and consultant, Lynn, Beatrice and Bibi - all worked as a wonderful team to deliver delightful and surprising hair transplant results. From the very beginning, they took pains to inform me of the details of the procedure, the alternatives, and the pros and cons. They were careful to understand what I was hoping for and to honestly, patiently and compassionately address my fears and doubts. Rehn’s skill and endurance is remarkable. He transplanted several thousand hairs over 10 hours. The outcome is more the results of an artist than a “technician”. The clinic’s standard of patient care and responsibility is the best I have experienced in my many years in Singapore. I am so pleased I chose this clinic.

I had previously consulted with Dr. Chua and I finally decided to undergo laser treatment with him this time to remove an embarrassing tattoo that I impulsively got when I was younger. From the moment, I stepped into the clinic, consultant Sharon and Beatrice made me feel warm and comfortable. The doctor and Sharon here are exceptional, exuding a sense of elegance and sophistication. Dr.Chua is incredibly highly skilled and friendly. Thanks to his expertise, I felt no pain at all during the laser tattoo removal process. Haha, don't be surprised—under his care, you won't feel any pain. Highly recommended!

I had fine lines and age spot on my skin,so I decided to visit Dr. Chua. After examining my skin, he recommended the C&B treatment. The results were amazing!
