I suppose I’d like to review Skywalker Roofing LLC’s roofing service but I can’t because they didn’t do any work for me so I will review their advertising as found on several of their web pages.
This company has several webpages and one shows that they have offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Stokesdale (unless I have the wrong Skywalker company). One page mentions over and over how many roofing services they offer in Knightdale NC, which is where I live. I contacted them online and was told I am outside their coverage area which really contradicts their webpage. I was texted that Stokesdale is two hours away from me and all I could think was why not work out of the Raleigh office. What can I say?
I was looking forward to the possibility of working with Skywalker Roofing. Family owned, experienced, able to work on flat rubber roofs, which is what I need. They sound like roofers as well as roofing contractors as opposed to sales predators who overprice estimates and then send subcontractors to your home. Those guys have soft hands and wear crocs and don’t even measure when they estimate some times (that’s my experience). They’re contractors, not roofers. I haven’t heard back from two similar companies and don’t expect to because I guess they can’t find a qualified sub to do rubber roof work. Guess I’ll do a repair myself instead of a replacement.
Gee whiz, Skywalker, your advertising makes your company and scope sound way way bigger than it really is (if I’m looking at the correct web pages). You really should do something about it. A lot of it just ain’t true. As mentioned, I was looking forward to doing business with you.
Skywalker Roofing did a phenominal job on my new roof installation! Their crew were prompt, neat & professional.
Great staffing on my project - from start to finish...
From my salesman - Brad, to my project managers Cody and Adam - they all maintained great communication, and were always available to answer any questions before, during and after the project was completed. All went above and beyond!
I'm very happy with my new roof, and would highly recommend Skywalker Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof installation, or for any of their roofing needs.

Roof company shopping, is frustrating at the very least. So, when I saw the word “Skywalker” Roofing Company, it evoked in my mind, men walking fearlessly on clouds…on roofs… I phoned and a lovely young lady named Brandy lined up an appointment. Rusty came to meet us and assess the damage. Rusty is like “that cousin”, you always liked and trusted… he represents his company perfectly with expert knowledge, integrity, and honesty, (He’s that guy you want at your Thanksgiving table). Obviously, we were sold with Skywalker Roofing.
Then, the work commenced without a hitch and Tucker, was the job manager. Such a polite young man, who worked along side his crew and they all did an outstanding job! If you want everything to go smoothly and quickly, without problems, call this company Skywalker Roofing in Chapel Hill . Ask for Rusty. You cannot go wrong.

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with Skywalker Roofing. We have a flat section of roof that had tile on it, which I refer to as our sundeck. When we purchased our home 9 years ago it needed repair due to a leak. We had several contractors out and many of them discouraged us from repairing it, stating flat roofs like ours will “always give us problems” and to enclose the space or close it off. I eventually found someone who would repair the roof, but unfortunately it began to leak, just as we had been warned. I was prepared this second go around that we would have a similar experience as before. I called Skywalker and Jason came out within a few days to assess the damage. He knew exactly how he could keep the space as a living area and solve our problems with drainage. He gave us a quote and stuck to the budget. Adrian was the lead on the job and was excellent at communicating what they did that day after they wrapped up. Our new decking is beautiful and flows with the rest of our outdoor space. I would highly recommend this team if you have any roofing need, or something unique like our job. I am so grateful they could preserve our beautiful top deck for many years of enjoyment!

Skywalker team just completed installing a slate roof on my house with a very steep pitch and lots of leaks and valleys. The team did an awesome roofing job, they were diligent and worked long hours. The staff was punctual, professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the level of service we received and would highly recommend their services!
