My elderly uncle wanted me to let everyone on the “interweb” lol know that "Esme Figueroa was the most helpful and polite person he has dealt with on the phone ever" (his words). She answered ALL of his questions and made quite the impression on him. I also appreciate that she was patient with him and took the time to make sure he understood what was happening. Esme is a class act. Thank you from the both of us.
This company is terrible; a lot of my property was stolen which had nothing to do with the clean-up. When I bought this to the attention of the field supervisor and crew lead it was ignored. What's even worst I have them on camera. Sam Rivera kept saying he would get back to me or one of the supervisors, but no one ever did. I do not recommend this company!

I do not recommend this company, I've had merchandise stolen from my home which had nothing to do with cleaning the basement area which I had already done. This company is terrible and still had not made any restitution for ALL the property that was stolen or purposely broken. I forgot to mention that Skyline Restoration is also connected or a branch of, Alacrity.
Aqeel from AAA construction and Chris from skyline. all right in reference to what Aqeel his coworkers did in terms of redoing my kitchen. They did a magnificent job and I appreciate everything that was very wonderful and very nice to talk to so we have a good understanding and so I'm totally satisfied with the work.
Skyline was great to work with -- we hired them for fire repairs and restoration in our garage. They worked directly with insurance, which saved us quite a headache, and they got everything done in under two weeks from consultation to completion (minus a window on backorder)! Rich was super communicative and helpful, I really enjoyed working with him. He made sure we got everything we wanted and needed -- including the hassle of matching windows to the rest of the house. There were a few things along the way we had to somewhat push for, but overall, when something was pointed out they immediately jumped to fix it. I definitely recommend Skyline for your repair work!
Skyline replaced a window for me that had a rock thrown through it. They were recommended by my insurance carrier as a trusted vendor, and they were great! Rich oversaw the project and was very responsive and communicative. I had some unforeseen circumstances impact the timing of the work, and he was flexible, kind and patient. The completed project was done to perfection and the billing/insurance claim process was smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
I had a wonderful experience with skyline. Richard and Aqeel did a amazing job, when it came to the clean up, they made sure, to remove what they needed to. And they worked with me with the timing. They also made sure, they went the measurements on making sure our family didn't get sick do to the flood. And remodeling is amazing you will not regret having this company taking care of your flood restoration and the clean up, and the remodeling. You will not regret it!
HORRIBLE COMPANY. Destroyed several of my items, did nothing but tell me I should be fine, cause I didn't lose family or my house, yet destroyed over $5000 in items and I had to fire them and get a new company. Caused a water pipe to burst from idiotic negligence. Do not use them or trust them, especially a guy named Mike - Used car salesman. Made promises he couldn't keep - I have screenshots of all their messages to share.
I must say Skyline is the best. Rich and his crew stayed on top of things. Our deck caught fire and there was some inside damage due to fire. I hope you are able to see the pictures. Rich was always monitoring the work and making sure there were no issues. I am very satisfied and will work with them again the future.
My insurance company selected Skyline to repair the damage to my garage after a large tree fell on it. From the onset, I was kept informed by Justice and Rich Oria of all scheduling and repair activities. Their teamwork, in addition to the roofing expertise of Lukasz and his crew, made this storm damage situation so much less stressful. Severe weather season is approaching my experience with Skyline from July of 2023 still sickens me. My basement including 3 finished rooms flooded, I called them because they were recommended by the insurance company. I thought I could trust them.
Everything damaged from sewer water was removed and the bottom parts of the walls were cut out. It took them just under 2 years and 4 project managers to complete the job.In the process the walls were removed originally from 3 feet up to the ceiling, looking back maybe that caused the project to run over budget? That was their job,I know nothing about putting in walls… drywall, except that it took me months to get rid of the dust .The front door is still shut by boards, the frame was not replaced and the back door is a hole in the wall.
Looking back making sure there was enough money in the budget to reinstall the original 2 doors should have been a no brainer… Buyer Beware! Such a waste of a good amount of money that still affects me.
They had a hard time finding contractors to do the work that resulted in huge gaps along with exposed beams in the walls, dented appliances… what was once a one bedroom basement apartment is now one large room that leaks cold air with a bathroom where the tub, sink, toilet and a small area of drywall were replaced. Not level with the rest of the floor about an 8 inch difference. Don’t trust a company just because the Insurance company recommends them.

I have pictures from start to finish..they decided to remove the bottom 3 feet of the walls to removing them to the ceiling. The back door and frame are a hole,please do get in touch with Google and the authorities about my review.
They forgot the fans and dehumidifiers, left them running for over a month , wouldn’t reimburse for the electric bill or cable tv that was cut ….

Connor, Richard, and Aqueel were my point of contacts for my project. I had a small fire and smoke damage in my home. They completed all the repairs. Replace three ceilings, repainted my entire house interior and restored my original hardwood flooring. The team were timely and worked quickly to get me back in my home. I appreciate the communication between all three of them to check on the quality of work as well as the timeliness of their team. There was no issues and even when I had concerns it was always addressed and remedy immediately. I definitely would recommend Skyline for your restoration repair.
