Loft conversation (SM4) Mark and the team were great. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently—no delays in the work or sudden additional costs. The team was all polite and helpful. Any scurfs and nicks that occur during large projects are all mended up, and the site is left clean and tidy. Mark was one hand and responsive throughout the build. I would highly recommend.

Hip to Gable Loft Extension + ensuite bathroom (SM1) We had a hip to gable loft extension + ensuite done on our 3 bed property. We found skybuild pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to describe and show ongoing work. The weather could have been challenging as it was done over the autumn and winter, Sky builds handled the changes in weather conditions without issue. Some disorganisation around finer details, but this could have been avoided by written statements of work to everyone was aligned. All round a very good job, we are really pleased with the outcome, we understand where Skybuild gets its good name.

Side extension on the first floor (KT17) It was a small project, side extension on the first floor on a chalet style house. Mark and team were very good at communicating and liaising with us any changes. Excellent finish and reasonable price. Mark was always happy to take feedback and make changes. We had some problem with the plumber and this delayed the project considerably otherwise very happy with the finish.

Loft Conversion (Shell) (SM5) They were reasonably prosed. The materials that they used were of good quality. They overall finished on time with some outstanding snags. The demolition was a bit rough and they caused a bit more damage than needed, but Mark picked up the issues and resolved them as part of their snagging. They deviated form the design a little bit but fixed some bits and managed the change with building control on others. Overall happy with Skybuild and would recommend their services.

Converting double garage into two storey home (SM1) Mark and his team were amazing. They took a simple double garage and turned it into my two storey home. The build included an open plan kitchen and lounge/dining area and cloakroom on the ground floor. They built an upstairs level with bedroom, shower room and storage. I am still amazed that the guys were able to turn a garage into a beautiful home for my children and I. Mark is professional, great to communicate with, always goes above and beyond but most importantly he is a kind and honest man. Nowadays this is very hard to find. Loft conversion (SM5) Mark is a gentle man and unlike other builders I have come in contact with is a honest good listener and very good builder all the materials he used were of high quality. He kept updating us with the progress all his workers were professional except the Plummer who was difficult to communicate I would recommend Sky builders

Replacement bathroom and kitchen ceiling as result of major water leak (SM5) After having a major water leak in my rental flat, Mark visited the site and gave a very fair and comprehensive quote. When additional work was required as a result of further damage by my neighbour Mark organised this quickly and in a timely way. Mark completely project managed the entire repair work for me which took away a lot of the stress that would have otherwise been involved. The standard of work was excellent (Ive used Mark before on my own property) which was why I chose him for the job! Mark kept me updated on progress and gave good advice. Completely trusted and highly recommended

Loft Conversion (SM1) Very happy with the work carried out by Mark and his team. They converted the loft into a bedroom and ensuite. From first meeting and the initial quote, all the work was carried out quickly and professionally and the job finished on schedule. Mark was always contactable and all of his team were really polite and friendly. The new loft space is amazing and we're really happy that we had the work carried out. Would be happy to recommend Skybuild to anyone who is looking to utilise their loft space by having it converted.

Loft Conversion (SM3) Very pleased with Mark and his team, from the very competitive quote right through to the end of a well executed job. Mark is always contactable (not always the case with builders!) and is always prompt to reply which I liked. All of the guys on Marks team were friendly and courteous as were all of the subcontractors he used, workmanship of all involved was to a very high standard. Super-happy with our new loft space- would recommend/ already have recommended to many. I gave an 8 for tidiness but actually on the days Liam works you can put this up to a 9!!!

Porch (KT19) Mark and his team did an excellent job building our porch and giving us advice regarding what would look good and suit our property. The finished job was top quality and we are extremely pleased. The workmen are all polite and very highly skilled. We would definitely use them again.

Built a porch (KT4) We are very happy with the porch that they built. Everything was exactly the way we wanted it. We were not in a rush so it went perfect for us. They did an excellent job and the final price was as quoted. Well done.

Repair water damaged ceiling and reseal tub (SM1) Price was reasonable. Mark and his team did a good job. Would use again.

Loft conversion (CR4) SkyBuild were recommended to us for our loft conversion so we knew we were in safe hands from the start, which was very reassuring. The team were friendly and helpful, the quality of the build was excellent and the work was very good value for money. Mark and team helped us maximise the space in our loft so we were able to create two new bedrooms and an en suite, complete with air conditioning. I didn’t think it was possible to love a bathroom this much - the en suite is by far the nicest room in the house now!

Loft extension (SM1) Mark was friendly and helpful when overseeing the project. Although the loft conversion was not completed on time as scheduled, the overall project management was smooth and in compliance with the requirements.

Loft Conversion (KT19) Mark and his team recently finished a loft conversion for me. Mark was always available and quick to find a solution to any problems that popped up during the project. His team was courteous, trustworthy and generally on time. I would have no reservations with using them again in future.

Removing old window, blocking up, pebbledashing outside and plastering inside (SM2) Very happy with Skybuild. Quoted quickly, turned up promptly everyday, very polite, progressed quickly, and finished to a high standard at a good price. Would use again.

Loft conversion (SM3) I am very grateful to have Mark and Skybuild to converting my loft into two bedrooms and a shower bathroom. I have sent several inquiries through Checkatrade. Skybuild is the first one to contact us. Mark gave us a professional advice on how to convert the loft and soon started the work efficiently after quotation was accepted. He helped us to communicate with architect, neighbours and building controls. He also tried every means to save our cost. He and his team dealt with any issue swiftly. He always keeping us updated and looked after our best interest. I highly recommend Skybuild.

New Ensuite (CR5) Mark and his team undertook a second project - Building a new ensuite. Along with the roof replacement, we requested Mark to accommodate building a new ensuite. Mark gathered a team very quickly and from surveying to design and build started swiftly. Mark guided us through the process and ensured all the things we wanted in the ensuite got done. Mark would keep me informed on a daily basis if there was any issue with supplies but the completed job was perfect. I found Mark on checkatrade with a intention to do one project but ended up doing 2 speaks volumes of his work! All the best Mark.

Complete Roof Replacement (CR5) Mark did 2 projects for us. First Project Roof Replacement. Mark and his team carried out a thorough and complete job from the start of the engagement. Mark really understood what was required and kept us informed at every stage from erecting the scaffolding to selecting tiles and concluding the complete roof replacement. Mark dealt with any issue swiftly always keeping us in the loop and looked after our best interest. I would recommend Mark for any building work as he always strives and delivers to the best standard and within budget.

Loft conversion (KT4) Mark and the team has done a great job of taking our old loft down and building a new one which gives us more space. I will recommend Mark.
